On 12/16/16, Ms*** purchased the Mandarin Charcoal Queen Bed, and the Canal StQueen MattressThe merchandise was delivered to Ms***'s residence on 12/20/16.I have reviewed Ms***’s invoice and we are unable to compensate Ms*** or exchange her merchandise due to Ms***

I need answers, this has been an absolute nightmare for years and I am truly hurt as a loyal customer and former employer of American Signature

Although They di drop off a new piece for our couch, they disregarded all the phone calls to corporate stating nobody will be home to get itthis takes care of our issues with the couch our other major issue is there service guy broke our couch when they came to fix it weeks agoI submitted pictures to the local store with no responsecorporate just ignored all mention of itIt is very sad that someone would damage our furniture and not tell my wife or there managershad my wife not heard the wood cracking and then walk to the area he was repairing and take a photo, it would have gone unmentioned and created issues down the road, last, after he left my wife was with our newborn in the reclined position, our dog laying on the foot area as she always does, ny wife was retracting the recliner when the couch piece fell forward, the service tech never reassembled our couchshe could have been hurt or worse could have dropped our newborn or crushed our dogValue City has continued to demenstate unproffesional service with disregard to there employees actionsI want a refund for my couch, I nor my wife have time to take a fifth day off of work to have the posabbility of maybe getting our couch fixedif the Revdex.com can not help I will persue this in every aspect I can that includes legal actionbe a reputable company and do what is rightquite avoiding the issues

this complaint had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the initial purchase and issue in 2014, people
This is part of our frustration NO ONE we have spoke to at value city with the exception of corporate one day last week has a clue as to what is going on Our furniture broke down sometime in November...springs popping out of of seats we have Support bar under rocker has completely broken away from chair That's half of our issueWe reached out for service repairSomeone came to our home early December looked at furniture and said someone would contact us to schedule pickup for covered warranty repairALL items were to go! I had to follow up few days after that service visit to check status on call I was supposed to receive for schedule pick upScheduled pick up was made once they came to the house they told me they're only taking one of three of my pieces of furnitureWhich is not what we agreed uponOnce I followed up I was told they were going to take one repair it deliver that back to my home then take the other and so onOnce they delivered the first piece of furniture I was told it was not scheduled for them to take anymore of my furniture like previously agreed-uponOnce furniture was in house in the delivery drivers were putting it back together I noticed DAMAGE to back and side of our double automatic recliners which delivery drivers noted They denied wrong doingWhen I called store to inform them they denied doing damage And also since they NEVER took the entire pieces of couch they were not prepared to repair back piece which had come loss due to missing BOLT.I had contacted corporate to be informed that a manager from the Plainfield Indiana store would call me back within an hour Several hours went by and NO RESPONSE or RETURN callI called corporate AGAIN to inform them of the lack of follow up and at that point asked for call to be scheduled for next day as I was DISGUSTED with their lack of professionalism. The next day I did receive a call voice message left stating they were calling to inform me someone would call to schedule pick up time for my furniture REALLY!!!???? We had other issues besides the pick up time we neede to discuss and it was completely ignoredOnce I did get ahold of a manager HE acted like he had no clue what was going on I informed this manager of all issues and told him about a time when I inquired in status of my furniture repair to be told "if we bother the only tech we have to get you a status he would never get anything done We try to give you a call days before expected delivery day"WOW On 1/6/my furniture was picked upALL pieces Once they got here the drivers had nothing positive to say about value city and even one said and I quote "they are a joke I'd never buy anything from them." The other "I only do because I get a discountThey treat us just as bad as customers." again WOW So the response that was provided by value city was just someone behind a computer that like everyone else in their company doesn't have a clue what's going on It frustrates me that I had to file this report and they just try to appease the complaint by typing bogus info Still regretting I did not look at the thousands of complaints and Revdex.com filed reports before doing business with this companyI will assure you that EVERYONE I communicate with will know of our experience and be urged to avoid doing business with this company

On 9/7/Ms*** purchased a beige Madeline Sofa, a beige Madeline Apartment Sofa, an adjustable bed frame, and a queen center supportThe merchandise was delivered to Ms***' residence on 9/11/16. American Signature recognizes that the misinformation given is
an inconvenience for Ms***, and we are able to offer the $that she paid for her Pure Promise warranty to go back onto her original method of paymentMs*** can expect to see therefund within three to five business days.
