These are  photos of a 24 HOUR FITNESS employee that works at the [redacted] location at [redacted].
On July 20, 2014 this front desk representative of 24 HOUR FITNESS demanded me to pick up garbage in the Women's locker room at 8:30P.M. that...

fell out of the garbage can that was improperly mounted to the wall unit in which it sits in. I walked past the garbage can without touching it , and it fell out of the wall unit. There is a wall metal mounting in which this garbage can is supposed to properly snap into a clasp or slide into a clasp. It fell out of the wall without me even touching it. This employee was disgruntle, and angrily demanded me to clean this trash off of the floor. There was only four(4) items that fell ot of the trash bag of the trash can. She blamed me for the garbage can falling unto the floor.
I remained calm, and let her know I did not touch the garbage can. In fact it is always improperly mounted, and hanging off of the wall unit in which it sits. She walked away, and I went into the bathroom to use the mirror armoire area. I looked around the corner because I could here things being thrown to the floor. When I looked around the corner I could see her digging a handful of garbage out of the bag , and tossing onto the floor. She began taking pictures, and I began taking pictures too. I left the gym to take care of other business.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted]  I was contacted finally from the corporate office. They could not give me any details as to if the management will change to determine if I could go back into the same club. I w
the same club, which I do think I would like to based on the class schedule. I also am concerned that the same manager that did not protect my safetyis now managing the club I do go to also.  I am requesting an upgrade on my membership to the super-sport that will open in 2 months, and then I will have more choices as far as classes, so I will not "miss out" on the class schedule that I do miss, not going to the [redacted]I would also like to have a direct response from the management acknowledging what happened, instead of the lies that were said in the emails.I apologize that I did not think of these things when the corporate office finally called me because of the Revdex.com complaint, not because they heard what happened and were concerned.
