For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*** As per our phone conversation I did speak to *** *** *** at Hour FitnessHe indicated that the billing issue was made by *** and he could not resolve my issueMy membership was due in November and Hour Fitness took over the gym on December 20th*** *** indicated they were making exceptions if the billing issue was relatively close to the take over of the gymI believe weeks should be considered a relatively close time and my membership should be restoredI am caught in a middle of a merger with a billing issue and am only seeking that my membership be restored.Sincerely - *** ***--------------------------------------------- ** *** *** To date my complaint has not been resolvedThe response from Hour Fitness indicates I could not be reached is not truthfulAs per our last conversation I indicated that I did speak with someone from Hour corporate office, *** *** I discussed I indicated he said he could not resolve my issueThe last time we spoke you indicated that I wait until the company actually responds to youThe response they indicated is falseI would like to have my case reopenedIs it possible you can call me to discuss my options at this point because I am no closer to a resolution and months continue to go by. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me until further noticeI still feel that removing gyms from my original contract agreement is not in keeping with my contract with the companyThey also have promised to deliver to me the "supposed" second page of our agreement which they have not delivered. I reserve the right to address my legal concerns at a later date.For now, they have transferred my primary gym membership from the Hollywood location to the West Hollywood locationIn my opinion, the three year battle to make this change was inexcusable and illegalThey charged me $a year for something I already paid for, and I reluctantly agree to withdrawing this Revdex.com complaint.I am very grateful for the help of the Revdex.comThe company was completely uncooperative prior to your involvement, and I am currently satisfied that they addressed my more than reasonable requestMany Thanks,*** ***
