I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The manager of the club did not contact me directly. I got a call from one of the front counter girls saying "[redacted] our heater is now fixed". This does not complete my complaint. I have been a paying member for going on 2 years - 2 winters with NO heat. I would like a credit to my account for at least 2 of those months I have been a paying member when I was forced to use the facility with no heat. It was actually many more than 2 months I worked out with no heat. I would like a call from the club manager with a proposed resolution.]
