[redacted]  All employees have displayed serious poor judgement as well as unprofessional responses except the person from corporate. He contacted me several weeks after the incident in response to the Revdex.com complaint.   I mentioned several areas of satisfaction in many clubs, so the response is so untrue. Dishonest seems to be a common practice in this company- that seems to be a fact. The person also said he would follow through on some other issues which he has not.   This company should not be part of Revdex.com if they do not aim for better business. I left the corporate office a message yesterday, and there has not been a response over the last 24 hours. 
I informed the corporate office of what I would be satisfied with and they have not attempted to respond.  I asked for the super sport clubs to be included in my membership so I can have more variety of clubs, since I have had this incident.

The business did apologize and seems to want to solve this issue, which I am very happy about... however they are trying to contact me and even trying to call me.   I did not provide a correct phone number just for this reason.   I don't want 24 fitness to contact me NO MATTER WHAT.  Through this complaint, they have my name and my address, that is all they need to NOT solicit me in the mail anymore.   There is absolutely no reason to call me or speak to me about any of this.   Just remove my address from your mailing list and I am a happy and will resolve the complaint as satisfied.

In this conversation he offered the following.reimbursement of the extra charges. I was told that I would be charged $14.99, but was charged $33.12 from November up until March. He reimbursed me the difference from November up until March. He then offered to add in the [redacted] fitness club at no extra charge. He also offered to lower my rate to $19.99 from April up until July. All of these offers was made to keep me on as a member. I agreed to be kept on as a member, so as long as these offers went into effect. Since I spoke to [redacted] I have received my reimbursement. The reimbursement was off by a dollar or two, but I had no issue with that. [redacted] also advised that he was going to reinstate my membership along with my account information.Fast forward- I utilized the [redacted] Gym and was told by a employee named [redacted] that my membership was missing account information. He advised me that I may be charged extra for missing payments. I was also told that I would need to upgrade my membership ASAP due to the fact that I am now attending the [redacted] Club. I sent an email to [redacted] on 04APR15. I did not receive a reply, so I resent the email on 08APR15. I also called on 08APR15 and left a message. I was told that [redacted] was busy and would call me back. Today is 09APR15 and I have not received an email response, so I called again today at 1726hours [redacted] time. I was told that [redacted] was on lunch, and advised to call back later. I am tired of the run around and would like my membership cancelled OVERALL. I do not want to deal with this mess and issues of communication anymore. The 1-800 number offered me assistance that did not follow through. I am now receiving the same treatment here at the local level. Below is the email that I sent to [redacted] 24 Hour Fitness [redacted] General Manager Aloha [redacted]We spoke on 23MAR15 around 5:30pm about my membership issues. I was being tossed back and forth with the 1-800 number. I cancelled my membership, but in talking with you I re-activated it. I have recently ran into more troubles, at which I was wondering if maybe I misunderstood something or if further corrections needed to be made.  I've gone to the [redacted] Club maybe 3-4 times. Each time I go in i've had to explain the story to them again to gain entry. Today I went and was talked to by a [redacted] and another gentlemen. I was told that my billing information is not on file,which could result in missed payments or even the doubling of payments. I was also told that I would need to upgrade my membership to the [redacted] gym. I am hoping that I will not have further billing issues.I was under the impression when we last talked that the following had occurred. 1) You re-activated my membership along with re-inputted my billing information2) You added the [redacted] gym to my membership at no extra cost 3) No additional fees would apply, and that I would not need to do any upgrades4) I would have an ease of entry, as the employees would see a note and allow entry. Each visit has resulted in me having to tell them the story to gain entry. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to assist. I apologize if this seems like I am being a pest. After my experience with the 1-800 number i've been a little annoyed with how things have been handled. The only reason I remained with 24's is because of our conversation.  If we had not talked I would have proceeded to join [redacted]Vr,[redacted]

[I am confused as to why the message is directed at "Mr. [redacted]"and not myself. I did receive a call from a 24 hour fitness service representative (named [redacted])- he left a voice mail saying I will be granted a refund of $118.31. He left a call back number ###-###-#### and when I dialed, the phone call just goes in a loop and does not connect me with any representatives.  As of today, the refund amount as not been credited to my bank account. Please advise expected time. ]

Last month I spoke to a supervisor at the customer call center. I informed the call center supervisor of my situation. He offered to refund me for 2 months of the 4 months I was over charged. The refund was received in my account for $79.99 on 2/20/15. I am still requesting full restitution for the amount over billed which would be another 2 months at $79.99. It was only after this conversation with the call center supervisor that [redacted], the Club manager, returned my call. I have never received a voice mail message from [redacted]. She apologized for not called me back and  claimed never to have had my number despite leaving my full contact information with her staff each of the 8 times I call the club.  [redacted] claimed to have just recieved my number from the call center supervisor that I had just spoken to. [redacted] and I spoke of the employee in question who promised me my account would not be billed after the two month period and that the membership would be terminated. She indicated that he was transferred to another club and she indicated that she would follow up with his new supervisor. [redacted] did not take responsibility for the employee's actions and did not offer to have the remained of the overcharge refunded to me.  As for the company's response that their records indicated that the manager made several attempts to contact me and left voice mail messages is totally inaccurate and I suspect a fabrication. I remain unsatisfied and with the partial refund and await full reimbursement for the over charge.

[redacted]Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have to pay to them Extra monthly fee (in addition to my regular yearly payment) to upgrade my membership from Sport club to "Super Sport" one.The regular price for that upgrade is $19.99 per month, they offer me a $5 discount (which is already available for the public on there web site!), so I have to pay extra $14.99 per month for the upgrade, that is $180 per year.  This extra fee is 375% more than my current Sport Club membership cost.Regards,[redacted]
