As indicated I was first directed from the staff at the [redacted] location that there was an issue with my account due to the fact my auto payment was not taken. I was given the customer service number [redacted] to call to resolve due to the fact that the staff indicated it could not be resolved at the club level. When I called this number I was transferred to a department that was handling issues with the [redacted] transition. As stated I do not recall the person's name that I spoke to. She indicated in order to transfer my account I had to resolve the payment issue with [redacted].I did contact [redacted] the very next day and after speaking with the customer service representative he did indicate that the issue was the yearly renewal was not taken which was on auto pay. I made the payment of $64.20 which I have already provided by copy of the actual charge on my credit card. In addition I provided the [redacted] payment confirmation number which was [redacted] I was told by 24 hour fitness that my account could be transferred once payment was made but to no avail. I begin this process early on shortly after the take over not to let time lapse but to date my account still has not be transferred to a 24 hour account.

As discussed, we have had numerous conversations with [redacted] (Club, District Manager and Corporate level); yet she remains unsatisfied with us as a company in general, and is upset that we will not disclose specific details as to the outcome of our investigation. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I told the representative of 24 hour fitness that I would consider the billing issue resolved when I saw the credit applied to my card. I have not seen that yet which is the basis of my complaint in the first place, that is not following up and actually doing what they said they were going to do.
