Dear Mror MsHour Fitness Corporate Office [ No name behind the letter I received] , I am disappointed, yet not surprised by your template response It is clear you have little regard to your policies when it does not positively impact dollars you make today As I indicated to the Club Manager and the District Manager that claimed to be the ultimate decision maker, the matter is not closed Furthermore, the local police department (in case you are not aware, happens to be the *** Police Department) is currently processing this matter Therefore, your records are inaccurate.My expectation is that you follow your policy Below was my initial request:I would like for two things to happen: Hour
Fitness needs to abide by their conduct policy and revoke the membership of the
person that assaulted me- "CONDUCT While in Hour facilities, Hour
does not permit and will not tolerate any inappropriate conductSuch conduct
includes, without limitation, using loud, abusive, offensive, insulting,
demeaning language, profanity, lewd conduct or any conduct that harasses or is
bothersome to members, guests or Hour employees." They need to revoke the
membership of the person that assaulted me thus allowing me a place to which I
have paid membership for to be as was presented on their conduct guidelines
Hour Fitness needs to change their policy regarding pleas for helpIf
someone asks for emergency help, they should call them right away as opposed to
allowing the victim to do so on their own
I hope you begin taking this matter seriously as I believe the safety of all your members should be the highest concern for anyone that works in your business

I was contacted by the district manager and he told me he would return my call and never didHe told me basically that no one will help me in regards to my remaining services never used or my months of charges I still got after being told my membership would be cancelled.Well he never called me back, still hasn't to this day and won't return my calls eitherThe only thing he told me is that my old trainer may choose to return to hr to workWe'll that doesn't really help me.
