These are photos of a HOUR FITNESS employee that works at the [redacted] location at [redacted] *** On July 20, this front desk representative of HOUR FITNESS demanded me to pick up garbage in the Women's locker room at 8:30P.Mthat fell out of the garbage can that was improperly mounted to the wall unit in which it sits inI walked past the garbage can without touching it , and it fell out of the wall unitThere is a wall metal mounting in which this garbage can is supposed to properly snap into a clasp or slide into a claspIt fell out of the wall without me even touching itThis employee was disgruntle, and angrily demanded me to clean this trash off of the floorThere was only four(4) items that fell ot of the trash bag of the trash canShe blamed me for the garbage can falling unto the floor I remained calm, and let her know I did not touch the garbage canIn fact it is always improperly mounted, and hanging off of the wall unit in which it sitsShe walked away, and I went into the bathroom to use the mirror armoire areaI looked around the corner because I could here things being thrown to the floorWhen I looked around the corner I could see her digging a handful of garbage out of the bag , and tossing onto the floorShe began taking pictures, and I began taking pictures tooI left the gym to take care of other business
