the end of the yearAs retrieving this information is required by Federal Law, the consumer must fill out the form to ensure that DraftKings is in line with US Federal Tax GuidelinesOnce the consumer completes this form, they will be able to withdraw their fundsWe will be more than willing to work with them during this process to resolve this matter.

Per DraftKings rules, players lock at the scheduled start time of the contest, regardless of when the delay is announced or whether it is eventually postponed to a later dateA player becomes locked and may not be added or removed once the contest start time has passed.DraftKings does not issue

I sent an email to [email protected] yesterday I do not have the email from *** in Accounting I attached a copy of my Drivers License along with the incident number, and asked them to forward to *** I even had my cable company check to see if I received an email from *** regarding the incident, I did not, nor was it in my spam I have to date not received any responses from my emails to "[email protected]", nor from anybody at Draft Kings The only responses I receive are through the Revdex.com I would be happy to fax a copy of my license if you provide a number I've never had this problem with previous large withdrawals, but have now supplied you with the requested information via your "support" email. We understand that having players in an NBA game that was postponed is an unfortunate situation that does not create the DraftKings experience you were hoping for. We know that being negatively affected by the postponement is frustratingWe extended an invite to the customer to participate in

My credit card company initially sent paperwork to Draftkings and there merchant bank in order to verify the charge and state that it wasn't a duplicate (I disputed charge because I thought it was a duplicate)It's not a duplicate its a valid charge. Draftkings Merchant Bank failed to respond to my credit card companies dispute claim within days.My credit card company needs a response from Draftkings and there merchant bank in order to drop the dispute and process the $charge as I've requested that they doI've attempted to contact Draftkings via the number they provide with a representative of my credit card company on the line and nobody answers.2.) The consumer's withdrawal request was cancelled by our Accounting Department as they failed to provide their ID from a November 4th requestThe consumer did reply to Incident #*** yesterday at Yesterday 11:am, which was after their withdrawal request was cancelledAs the consumer's
account was verified in our system (they have this recorded in the aforementioned incident number) they can simply submit their request again and our Accounting Department will approve the request for processingThe only reason there has been a delay in processing is due to the user not providing the requested verification documentation until yesterday, which again, was only after their request was cancelled.
