The law dictates that the company must report income IF they pay a party $or more in a calendar year. Draft Kings is instead implementing a policy where they are trying ot extort SSN's frm all customers even if they do not need them. They have the ultimate failsafe to secure SSN's from parties that earn $in that they hold the money of those paotrns until they comply. My complaint is that I did not earn $in and have nt in 2016, therefre they have n basis r request my SSN. (I am sure yuo can guess what a file of 100K or more SSN's with names & addresses is worth if soldo r hacked)Since my initial cmmunication to the Revdex.com I have attempted t close my account with them and withdraw my $160+ dollars and they have blocked my ability to withdraw. Aside from seeking resolutoin from the Revdex.com, I am also reviewing Phishing and Theft by Extortion statutes in my state (PA) in an attempt to get away from this company hlding my assets.My complaint has nw evolved from a policy/legal issue to now include withohlding money due.Regards,

The consumer participated in our *** $1.5M Play-Action [$Million Guaranteed] contest over the weekendThe consumer placed in 8522nd place and received $in prize winnings to their account on 10/13/01:03amThere was no "glitch" in the contest as the user in question was
in a given place in the contest at the conclusion of Sunday night and after the Monday Night Football game, they finished in 8522nd placeThis is standard in our contests and we will not be offering the consumer any additional compensation as the consumer received the proper prize amount for their corresponding contest placement.

The consumers email address has been flagged as priority in our systemPlease have the consumer send an email to [email protected] using his email address of ***.comThe email should contain an attachment of the consumers state issued ID and once we receive this email, we will verify the consumers account, submit a withdrawal request of $5,on their behalf and approve the request for processing today.

Per DraftKings contest rules (***) "Lineups may be edited at any time leading up to the start of a draft groupEach player will become “locked” at the scheduled start time of the draft groupA locked player cannot be added or removed from a roster spot." This rule holds
true regardless of if a player is scratched or ruled out, for any reason. The decision to eliminate late swap was made in part based on feedback that we have heard from our players over the years that it was difficult to play NBA on DraftKings unless they could be in front of a computer and had the time to monitor all games and news up until the start of the last game, which is often 3-hours. We understand that this is a very polarizing issue for our users and that for every user who enjoys NBA more with late swap, there is another who is disappointed that we don't offer it in NBARemoving late swap allows more NBA fans to participate in DFS NBA regardless of their schedules or commitments during the long period of time during which games are starting. This consumer has contacted our support team twice and each response sent back to this consumer the email clearly states "We are currently experiencing high service volumes at the momentIf you do not find the answer to your inquiry below, please reply directly to this email." The consumer has
failed to respond to those very emails thus not receiving a reply directly from a support agentFurthermore, the user has received their $Winnings in the form of an entry ticket which was explicitly shown within the contest they obtained it fromThe $Entry ticket is currently in the consumers account and was so on 10/31/01:41am when it was credited upon placing in a prize paying position. Entry tickets serve as a free entry into a specific contestYou can receive entry tickets by winning them in specific DraftKings qualifier contests or purchasing them in the VIP Store Upon submitting your lineup into that ticket specific contest, your ticket will be automatically redeemed as way of entryTo view which contests your ticket is redeemable for, go to the My Account page (using a desktop/laptop device), click My Tickets (on the left hand side) and then the "Redeem" button. The consumer lacked the fundamental basics ideology of "Qualifier" contests which they entered to procure the said ticketThe consumer can easily go into their account and view this ticket as statedAdditionally, by going to their Transactions page via their My Account page they will clearly see the entry ticket credit under their winnings tab

As a threshold matter, DraftKings’ response to your letter in no way waives its contractual right, pursuant to its terms of use, that the consumer must pursue his claims in a binding, non-class arbitration in Massachusetts. While an arbitral forum would be the appropriate forum to hear the consumer's claims, in fact, these claims are meritless and should not proceed in any forum. His complaint fails to tie DraftKings’ alleged conduct to any harm he supposedly suffered. Nevertheless, and without waiving any of the foregoing, DraftKings provides the following response to your complaint. are fielded via email and instant chat currentlyThe user is responsible to deposit funds into their DraftKings account and we do not under any circumstance debit funds without user authorizationThis consumer made an error (not a technical error on our behalf) and deposited more than they had in their bank accountA refund was processed and we will not be issuing compensation due to a consumer error.

The consumer violated the merchants terms of service by providing monetary incentives for subsequent users to joinThe merchant has sufficient evidence the user consumer promoted he would pay any user who signed up through the consumers referral link in order to obtain promotional creditsThis is
a violation of our Refer A Friend terms of service, as outlined in attachedOn the consumers account, the $deposit was refunded and processed on 1/27/These funds will be posted in the users bank account within business daysAs the consumer violated the merchants terms of service, the merchant is exercising their right to withhold any winnings in the consumers account above their deposit totalAt this time the merchant deems this matter resolved as it is a violation of the terms of service and player agreementWe will be happy to comply with any further mediation.
