This consumer claims that they have not been awarded their winnings, however fails to present that the winnings were credited to their accountPlease refer to the screenshot attached, where it clearly states that the consumers account was credited with the appropriate $worth of winnings which is corresponding to their prize paying position in each contestThe $that the consumer references as not appearing in their account balance are funds that were used to enter contests, and then did not place in a prize paying positionWhen a user participates in a contest, and does not place in a prize paying position, they do not receive their entry fee backAs the consumer willingly entered these contests, we will not be issuing a refund for these contestsThe consumers account has been closed, per their request, and their remaining $account balance has been refunded back to them.?

If any deposit is charged back any winnings generated from DraftKings contests shall be invalidated, forfeited and deducted from your Account balanceIn addition, the amount of the initial deposit will be invalidated, forfeited and deducted from the Account balanceDraftKings reserves the right to close your account ?" without notice ?" shall a deposit be charged back.? As a an act of good faith, the merchant is willing to send the remaining balance of the consumer to themUntil the dispute? has been dropped, the consumer will not be eligible to utilize the merchants servicesOnce the dispute is dropped, the consumer will be eligible for reinstatementPlease confirm that this is an amicable? resolution.?

These accusations are utterly and erroneous [redacted] requested to have his DraftKings account closed on August 25th, 2015at 11:51AM ESTWe abided by those wishes and we processed a withdrawal/refundrequest in the amount of $on August 25th at 6:00PM EST withthe confirmation code of [redacted] For the refund that was processed it was refunded in 4transactions totaling $to [redacted] card ending in This was relayed to [redacted] numerous times via email [redacted] will not see a lump sum of $242.00post back to his card, but rather individual transactions from DraftKingstotaling the aforementioned amountThere is no further action to be taken on this matter as theuser is clearly misguided in terms of how our refund policy works which isposted on three pages on the website [redacted] was not only malicious towardsour associates, but was unwilling to cooperate or further understand how theproduct workedAgain, the user was refunded in full via transactionstotaling $to [redacted] card ending in ***, with the confirmation code of [redacted] on August 25th, 2015.?
