The on going repetition of me dealing with the bank is not acceptable when I already spoken with the bank and they've informed me the claim has been closed therefore I can not drop it.? What DraftKings responds to is not trueThey refunded only $back to my credit card and charged another $to it on Aug 25th, Why did they charge my account when I closed my accountThey are lying Regards, [redacted] ? ?

With each attempt the business would not accept the request and would freeze the funds in my account? This business practice is what prompted my complaint? The consumer is correct that we have been in contact regarding their withdrawal on numerous occasionsHowever, the user has not provided the requested information and or the attachment's they are sending at not being received properlyTo easily remedy this situation, DraftKings is willing to provide the consumer with our Customer Experience Manager's personal email in order to procure the requested documentation for withdrawal approval & processing today.

My credit card company initially sent paperwork to Draftkings and there merchant bank in order to verify the charge and state that it wasn't a duplicate (I disputed charge because I thought it was a duplicate)It's not a duplicate its a valid charge. Draftkings Merchant Bank failed to respond to my credit card companies dispute claim within days.My credit card company needs a response from Draftkings and there merchant bank in order to drop the dispute and process the $charge as I've requested that they doI've attempted to contact Draftkings via the number they provide with a representative of my credit card company on the line and nobody answers.2.)
