We show on 7/13/member did contact the corporate office to cancel was informed of $cancellation fee member refused to pay and informed us that his bank will not honor payments from usMember was informed at the point if the cancel fee was not paid the cancellation was not processed and could possibly go to collections if payments were not paidThe $cancellation fee will be waived along with the day notice and will cancel the account effective today

Thank you for reaching out to us, I apologize for the experience you have hadLooking over the agreement I do show it is set up for months, each payment is What I can do is pull the account from collections and restart the paymentsIf you do not want the agreement you can transfer it to someone else we will waive the $transfer fee to do so

I apologize that there was some miscommunication regarding the personal training agreementWe are happy to adjust off the owing amount of $and cancel the personal training agreement, effective 6/21/

I have attached a copy of the personal training agreement that was signed with an pad and the co-verification which is signed on paper not on a computer, item I did not include is a copy of your billing and drivers license you provided at the point of saleThe reason why I have brought up you using session is because in her original complaint you claim you were not aware of personal training had this been the case I do not understand why sessions would be used if you did not know one existedI have also attached the copy of your fitness agreement which you will see looks different from the personal training this is because you click on boxes to approve the agreementAgain there are no violations on either of these agreements

We show Kyndra our member service supervisor was able to help resolve thisShe was able to process a refund for June and Julys payments totaling, $have been refunded back to your Visa card ending in ***

Thank you for providing this feedback, after researching the claimes, we of what you feel was miscommunication we have made the decision to cancel the personal training agreementAny payments that were received in this timeframe would not be returnedYour claims have also been sent to our VP of sales to review and discuss what we can do better to insure our members know what they are signing to

Thank you for reaching out to us, I do show you called in regarding a cancellation at that time you were informed that the account was not properly cancelled and were informed of how to cancelSince this was not done and you failed to make your monthly payments your account did go into delinquent status and was assigned to our third party collection agencyI also see you requested our billing company to not contact you regarding the accountYou were aware the account was not cancelled and still active but chose to not process a cancellationWith that being said we also do want to do the right thing, you clearly did not want the account active, we will pull the account from collections and process a cancellation on your membership effective 1/20/Thanks,

[redacted] , All of our memberships are a month to month membershipYou do have the option to cancel the membership if you choose to do so with a days notice and a cancellation fee of $if you are canceling within the first months of the membershipIn regards to the yearly rate guarantee fee, all of our memberships include this annual feeAll of our advertising does include a statement saying additional fees may applicableThis does include the yearly fee & enrollment fee charged at the point of sale when joiningAs a courtesy we would be happy to waive the yearly rate guarantee fee as a one time courtesy for 2018, in the future if you are still a member this fee will applyLet me know if you have any questions
