Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I feel like they are engraving people with these contractsWhen I signed up I was never told that you only get says to change your mind and was also not told you only get minutes once a week with your trainerAnd once they tell you this your to late to cancel and are stuckThey need to be more forthcoming with this information Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the business is being as difficult as possiblethey need to go back to the original payments to start this membershipwe share this account, so all payments were made togetherthe cancellations should have been completed at the same timei do not understand how or why they keep trying to make this separationt.hwas the original account and purchased mine through the same account? then the three extra times, each for an increased amount, that they tried to charge our account(which had insufficient funds for this reason) we were charged $this is simple and straightforward I am not asking for extra and have the bank statements (which I can and will provide, but it is difficult, since I do not have access to a scanner)this business has been extremely rude on the phone and during this processso I will make this as simple as possiblereturn the original $fee for the membership, $for the yearly fee (which they charged us in november) and $for the three times they tried to automatically charge us again for the services we cancelledthey have all of this documentation alreadyi would also like an apology from the manager who set us up with these memberships and who ever keeps fighting this process$plus $is $which will settle this matter( $more than I asked for originally.) no one should be treated so poorly when the facility they want us to pay for is so uncleanyou would not pay full price at a grocery store for rotten food would you? I refuse to! just do what is properremember the customer or consumer should be treated with integrity and consideration or you will not have a business in the future word of mouth is your biggest asset or liabilityi have lived in ogden for years and have a background in customer service and so does my spouseyou might want to reconsider the grief you are causing me because I am also a diabetic that was the reason we signed up together in the first placejust resolve this issue now, it will cause your business more harm than good, if we have to go one step furtherunsanitary conditions can be life threatening to someone that has a lowered immune systemyou should be ashamed! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I don't want to work with a company that thinks for their own profitI was told I could cancel at anytime, I didn't get anything from my trainer that I was promised, I didn't receive any phone calls from my trainer even when I brought this to the attention of Revdex.comI went in to cancel my membership and my trainerthey handed me A card and said they would help me outI called the number and they said they couldn't help me outso now I want nothing to do with VASA, you can have the money you already took from me, and we cancel this now and be on our way Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for your input, in reviewing your account we did not receive any written notification in March requesting we process a cancellationHowever there were multiple attempts from our billing department trying to contact you with the same number provided with this complaint regarding your past due amount as recent at 1/20/With each call a message was left to contact us regarding your accountOnce you contacted our member service department your past due amount was adjusted off and your account was cancelled effective 1/23/We would be happy to help assist you with a reimbursement providing documents showing you requested to cancel March

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I absolutely did not attend any sessions outside of the promotional first month ($for the first month)The trainer mentioned he still charges me for sessions I don't attend, but I only ever attended two sessions, both of which were in the promotional month of MayI never wanted to go to any sessions outside of that first month, and never did, and want to be refunded and have my contract cancelledA four month postponement is absolutely not satisfactory Sincerely, [redacted]

The agreement indicates that the member did sign as the buyer for the linkI can cancel the linked member and waive the past due amount and a resolve for that portionBut the main account will need to be settled with the collection agency Swift at [redacted] Our billing company did try to make contact regarding the past due amount since 12/29/till 4/24/Was then sent to collections 5/1/15.?

What is the name of membership that was purchased.If you are just the buyer, your name will not pull that up, it will show as the member in the system.Member number, name, barcode are helpful
