Thank you for your information, I show that ***'s payment was not refunded at the time yours was. However I do see the refund has been submitted as of 2/22/16. I attached a copy of both payment history documents for you to review.

Our records show that the billing was not updated in time before the draft was sentWe also so there was a challenge receiving your payment last month as a courtesy the fee was waived member was made aware that if the payment did not clear again the fee would be owedThis will be the last time a free will be waived on this againIf a payment is not received in the future the $return fee will be paid

Looking over the account the cancel fee was waived from $to $typically this is not a fee we would waive, but the member service team did negotiate a price and did waive some of the cancel fee?

Was there a different number you called from then ###-###-####? I looked through our call report and found you did call 11/30/Even if you talked with us that day, there still would have been a day notice and $cancel feeIn order to have avoided this, the day notice and cancel fee would have been paid on 11-2-As a resolve I will waive your days but the $cancel fee does need to be paid

I am not... wanting this case dismissed til they respond with more resolution than just looking into the matter. This is not satisfactory. I left more than one message for the home office with the only lady they said could deal with this situation and have never received a phone call back. This is so unprofessional and I want to be released from my contracts. I have paid every single month and have yet to use my sessions that I have paid for because they can not get me the same trainer for times that my husband and I are available. I'm so upset that I have not heard anything from them at all on this matter and I have been waiting patiently and I feel if they ignore long enough that they will keep getting their money and won't have to resolve. The contract you signed is a month to month, you are on a month to month agreement that you are able to cancel at anytimeVasa makes every attempt to make sure that our members are aware of an additional fees on our agreements, the contract does state the date the rate guarantee fee is draftedI have attached a copy of your contractAs a resolve we are willing to refund of the rate guarantee fees.Thanks

The return fee is charged at the point the payment does not clear, in your case this would have been the 7thThe club should be bringing the account current but the fee was already appliedThe $return fee is charged on each account this is a new policy to actually save our consumers moneyIn the past you would be charged a $return fee at the point the payment delcined, If the payment was to go days past due you would be charged a $late feeIf the payment was retried and did not clear you would be charged another $return feeThis was charged on each payment that delcined ex: if you have your monthly payment of $and annual fee of $you would be charged two $return fee and $late feesThe new policy is just $return feeAs a resolve we will waive one of the $return fees this one timeHowever if the account goes past due in the furture this fee is not something that will be waived

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:To answer your question about the training membership, I have a few reasons When contacting Courtney, it can take a really long time to get ahold of her On the day I activated my membership recently, I left my phone number for her I'm not sure why she didn't get the message or whatnot, but I never got a response The day before my first day back (I would say about 7-days....I'm just guessing), I had to go in personally to make an appointmentShe wasn't there Tyler informed me that it was just that day or the day before he could access her schedule, so he made me an appointment I highly doubt that he was telling the truth about this I show up the day that happens to make an appointment....hrmmm....I also made the decision to find a different trainer I needed someone who could meet with me in the early morning hours I was told that my message would be given to Cameron for approval and he would get back to me He never did There has to be some disconnect when leaving messages for people that work there to return calls Just another reason that their customer service is awful I took a bit of a break and continued to pay on my training contract for a few reasons I was told I had to contact the head office to cancel it...I tried They don't answer the phone, return emails, or return phone calls I guess the horrible customer service starts at the top One big reason was my cancer scare of it coming back and the strong desire to get pregnant We tried that for months and it did not work Another reason I want my money back is I can't get another trainer On a no contract membership, my husband had to pay a $cancellation fee That was never disclosed to me or anything I would appreciate my money back for the sessions I did not useI do have one or two more payments that will be charged to my card for November, December, and I'm not sure if I owe in JanuaryI think the last payment due will be DecemberI was never given a physical copy of my contract Sincerely, [redacted]
