In reviewing your agreement we do show you have been a member with us since October WE do have a "rate guarantee fee" of $that is charged to each member the first months of your membership and then annually afterIn your case you were billed annually in December, I do show that we did
draft this 12/28/then again 12/28/however the last payment was cancelled by youWe do make every attempt to insure our members are aware of what they are agreeing to, the Rate Guarantee is on the front telling you what date and month it will draft and on the back of our agreementSince the payment was declined we will not process a refund, but will process your cancellation today 1/20/

We do show that you did purchase minute sessions but two of your sessions were deducted as minute sessionsI have credited back the minute sessions back to your personal training agreementYou will also be receiving an email response from Amidy.Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: it was my credit card that was charged for the unauthorized personI have been paying for that other person with no benefit to me I agree to some of their settlement but I want my act to be bought current so I can continue to make payments on my account so I can use the facilities againI need to be able to swim for my healthI am not asking for much I just want my account current so I can go back to the gym that I have been paying forPlease unlink the unauthorized person and bring my account current

Mr***,The terms on the membership are a days’ notice for cancellation, anything owed up until the date of cancellation and any payments set to draft in the next days are owed per the signed agreement We try to make the cancellation user friendly and streamlined for both parties

When you came back and signed another agreement with Gold's Gym, at this point we did not offer month to month agreements we still offered our month agreement which is what you agreed to electronicallyIt does seem like you made the intent to purchase some sort of agreement since you did use
this membership oftenA copy of the agreement Amidy sent you was also emailed to ***@hotmail.com, I also see this is the same email provided with this complaintAt this point the agreement was available for you to review at your convinceYes Gold's Gym did change there name to VASA Fitness and remained the same ownership and all original agreements signed with Gold's Gym stayed the sameThe changed was to bring a prostivie atemophere to our facilities and offer our members what they are truly needingWe are helping to help resolve this and go ahead and cancel the remaining balance of $***Thanks,
