Thank you for reaching out to us, would it be possible to provide some type of medical document to show proof of the injury? Once this is received we will go ahead and process the cancellation on your personal training agreement

Thank you for reaching out to us, I apologize for the confusionI do show your personal training agreement is set to expire 9/24/16, looking over the contract it was set for month term starting 9/24/At this time you will have no further billing as of 8/24/

We do show your membership was cancelled 5/9/You will have no further billing regarding this membership

Looking over the agreement and documents provided, there is no violation$enrollment fee paid with the same billing provided to draft the $monthly paymentsThe agreement was signed along with the Co-verification, billing and drivers license was provided at the point of saleMember did
contact the corporate office February twice stating he wanted to cancel the PT, he was informed of relocation or transfer with $feeMember never expressed he did not sign the agreement during both conversationsmember contacted corporate office again informed the same member service employee he was relocatingHe was informed to provide proof of relocation and $feeMember didn't want to pay the full $because he had just paid the month payment, member services waived the cancel fee in half ($50)The employee gave our fax number to provide proof of relocationNothing was received in our office and the $cancel fee was not paid.?

I am rejecting this response because: I was not given the actual copies of the contract - how many times do I have to repeat my self, it was not till when I saw my bank statement, that I saw that I was charged way too much, from what I was told during the sign up processAlso when I called to speak to a representative I was told that if I cancel the gym membership, I would still be charged the personal trainer feeWhat is the point in going into the gym and being charged over $something to go to the gym, so that I can use while being with the personal trainer - if I am not able to attend the gym, what do I do with the personal trainer, - bring her home with me once a week?? Makes no sense - that we get charged for the personal trainer - and if we want to cancel the gym, we get charged to attend?? pointless!!! I am not stuck with these insane charges - these are the reasons on why I still attend the gym and have the gym agreement - because it makes no sense to just come in once a week and be with the personal trainer for one hrTell me its not true - did you not compare the agreement contracts? Where did I go wrong?
Sincerely,
Alma V***

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, the $Rate Guarantee Fee is something that is apart of all our agreements, we do make every effort to insure all our members are aware of this feeWithin our agreement you are required to initial a portion that explains the fee and when it
will be chargedI do realize the something we just want to purchase and move on with our dayI will refund the Rate Guarantee Fee of $42.73, and cancel the membership

They are doing nothing to fix the issueWrote me on Facebook under my review saying they would get in touch but they close in min so I doubt this will happenIt's an ongoing issue for so many peopleIt's a joke how me trying to pay a month
of service has turned into late fees because of their issues and soon would be sent to collections where I'm assuming would be harassed to pay fees that aren't at all my faultThanks for your concern!

We would love to keep you and get you with a trainer to help with your goals! Let me get with our personal training director and see what we can come up with for you! Thanks,

After reviewing the personal training membership we are willing to pull this from Swift our collection agencyYou would need to pay the balance of $*** of what was owing in DecemberAnd write off the remaining balance of $***

When the contracts were sold the chain was Gold's GymThere was no misrepresentation of what was offered under this umbrella. Now the memberships have been assigned, per your agreement, to the VASA Fitness club. We understand that there is no ability to use Gold's Gyms moving forward, but the questions asked by the consumer on 11/24/were based around the relocation and transfer policies because the member stated she would be moving. Those may still be executed as the Member Service Team waived any transfer or relocation fee related to these accounts. If the consumer is not moving we recommend doing the transfer on both accounts. They should be current to do so. There is no violation of assignment of these agreements but in an effort to assist the fees were waived which should help if the member has truly movedShe may contact the Member Service Team for assistanceWe also recommend if there are renewal terms to her contracts that she cancel these so they do not automatically start upon the completion of the promissory note,

mailed to you only emailedThe fitness training agreement also has your contact information including the billing information you would have had to provided to our fitness counselor at the point of saleOur records also show that you have attended a training session the day after the contract was signedTo resolve the matter we will cancel the contract early of the payments being made but you will need to pay the cancellation fee of $You can make this payment by calling our Member Loyalty team at 801-426-extension Once this payment has been made we will cancel the remaining payments owing on your fitness training contractPlease let me know if you have any questions

***, The agreement does include that yearly rate guarantee fee and this is included with all our membershipsSince our contracts are electronic you would have received an email with the signed agreement as well as a welcome letter with a break down of the fees included with the
membershipWe also have posted signs at our location as a friendly reminder of the additional yearly feeAs a courtesy we will refund the charge of the yearly rate guarantee fee that was most recently charged toThis will be refunded to back to the card it was charged on, please allow for days for this to show returned back to youIf you choose to stay a VASA member the fee will be owed every January going forward as long as the membership is activePlease let me know if you have any questions

We do show that an email was received 11/12/requesting to cancelPlease let us know if you have any further questions

I am so sorry to hear about your experience! I will process your cancellation and waive your days notice Please let me know if you have any other questionsThanks,

We will cancel the fitness agreement and write off the past due amount of $88.44, however I do not show that this agreement was assigned to and outside collection agency

The request the cancel was processed your membership *** will cancel 8/18/15, the personal training will cancel 5/12/when the term of the months has finishedthe claim is the member was not aware of the personal training agreement but the first visit used on the personal training was 5/20/15, and has been used on a regular bases sinceThe corporate office was first notified of wanting to cancel 6/15/during this conversation there was not mentioned of the member not aware of having a personal training agreementThen during a conversation 6/19/it is mentioned that the contract is wrong. There is no violation of this agreement the member was aware and using the sessions shortly after signing the agreement

We are happy to hear you have been a loyal member with Gold's Gym and not VASA Fitness! We apologize for the $return fee and do understand things happen that are out of our control, the $return fee will be waived from the account today
