I am rejecting this response because:
They're saying that I still owe them money. I went to their gym for two months. I paid a total of 75$. The membership is supposed to be 20$ a month. How do they figure I still owe them 22.96$?

Though it is fine that they are offering to back date the cancellation and waive the late fee of $25,  I do appreciate that but this does not quite fix the problem nor does it protect anyone from this happening again. The business states that the contracts are done online, but I went into the gym physically to set it up and did not do anything online. Also this contract that I allegedly signed state that the monthly charge is $21.36 per month but yet my credit card was charged as follows.04/29/15=$42.7305/29/15=$21.3606/30/15=$63.0308/01/15=$88.0308/08/15=$46... comes to a total of $261.51, but yet if we go to the back dating of 8/27/15 that is only 4 months of membership which should equal $85.44. I was greatly overcharged. I was mislead and the charges were never consistent. I highly doubt I am the only person this has happened to.  I will agree to their terms of back dating to 8/27/15 even tho I cancelled on 06/27/15 but I still should be refunded the difference I was overcharged equaling to an amount of $176.07.

The statements and allegations listed are untrue, unfounded and without Merit. As I previously stated the business in the form of its contractual obligation duly signed never made an effort nor has there ever been documented in writing and made aware to my client in any form or fashion. The termination of this contract has been made solely in the Forum of discrimination based on personal  feelings of the brickyard Vasa Fitness location management. I will continue to proceed with this complaint as listed above, solely based on personal discrimination.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have been paying on this account but my payment has gone to another members account.  Please let me know what do I owe to bring my account current, maybe we can work out an arrangement to bring y account current so I can return to the gym that I have been a member of for several years.  I have recently been in the hospital and I need to be able to do low impact exercises for my health. Thank you for understanding I really want to continue with being a member of your gym.

Our records show that the billing was not updated in time before the draft was sent. We also so there was a challenge receiving your payment last month as a courtesy the fee was waived member was made aware that if the payment did not clear again the fee would be owed. This will be the last...

time a free will be waived on this again. If a payment is not received in the future the $25 return fee will be paid.

Financial, the collection agency involved in this case, and they stated that the claim has not been removed by Vasa.  I fear that waiting any longer will negatively affect my credit.  Until I hear that this claim is revoked from Swift I intend to keep this case open.

I have verified with Swift they are showing no record of payment to them. If a payment has not been settled our resolve is still in place. Please provide the proof of relocation to this respond and a form of payment for the $100 cancel fee. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: on 11/5/2015 Vasa Fitness posted a withdrawal from my account again. In...

finding this, I contacted the corporate office first via email which I got no response from and then via phone. I was told it was a refund and told them they better be sure. The representative thought it was a refund, however what happened is they realized their error and posted a refund right after.  So I had two unauthorized drafts, one in October and one in November. The November one was refunded but I am still waiting for the other draft to be refunded. I have submitted proof to the company, and emailed multiple times but have not heard back from the company in 3 weeks, except when I called in on 11/6/2015. They need to double check their facts and have better customer service, not responding to a customer is unacceptable. I can submit bank statements to prove this if needed.

I am rejecting this response because:  I called the gym, verified the pricing, and drove in within 10 minutes of calling to sign up. The previous promo had nothing to do with it. Bottom line, I was lied to by Shaq via phone.

However, I would like a letter emailed to me with a signature from Vasa stating the contract has been cancelled forever and their billing company Paramount Acceptance has been notified not to bill me anymore. They billed me for February. I would like to get a refund back from them but I don't want to go into arbitration over it. I have cancelled the credit card that they billed me with. Thank you for all your help. Without you, I would still be fighting this. The gym membership has been cancelled also as my doctor does not want me to be working out. I wouldn't want anything to do with this organization after how I've been treated.

I apologize for the miscommunication with our kid care services, I do show the we have set up a refund for those services seeing that you can not use them being the godparent. You mentioned in your complaint that the manager of the kid care manager, front desk manger did to make you feel this way. I will address the member service team in the way they are speaking to our members. What type of experience have you had regarding wanting to cancel the personal training membership?

I am rejecting this response because:To answer your question about the training membership, I have a few reasons.  When contacting Courtney, it can take a really long time to get ahold of her.  On the day I activated my membership recently, I left my phone number for her.  I'm not sure why she didn't get the message or whatnot, but I never got a response.  The day before my first day back (I would say about 7-10 days....I'm just guessing), I had to go in personally to make an appointment. She wasn't there.  Tyler informed me that it was just that day or the day before he could access her schedule, so he made me an appointment.  I highly doubt that he was telling the truth about this.  I show up the day that happens to make an appointment....hrmmm....I also made the decision to find a different trainer.  I needed someone who could meet with me in the early morning hours.  I was told that my message would be given to Cameron for approval and he would get back to me.  He never did.  There has to be some disconnect when leaving messages for people that work there to return calls.  Just another reason that their customer service is awful.  I took a bit of a break and continued to pay on my training contract for a few reasons.  I was told I had to contact the head office to cancel it...I tried.  They don't answer the phone, return emails, or return phone calls.  I guess the horrible customer service starts at the top.  One big reason was my cancer scare of it coming back and the strong desire to get pregnant.  We tried that for 6 months and it did not work.  Another reason I want my money back is I can't get another trainer.  On a no contract membership, my husband had to pay a $25 cancellation fee.  That was never disclosed to me or anything.  I would appreciate my money back for the sessions I did not use. I do have one or two more payments that will be charged to my card for November, December, and I'm not sure if I owe in January. I think the last payment due will be December. I was never given a physical copy of my contract.

The payments came back as invalid account number, as a courtesy we will post a credit of $25 for each agreement. Members will not be billed for the month of August and Septembers payment will be $11.30.
