separate service they show this was in our system. When you look at your agreement it indicates you have a fitness membership with guest privileges as your selected bundle. We are happy to waive the $25 return fees and you would just owe the monthly dues of $64.02= 3 payment of $21.34 and 16.02= 3 payments of $5.34 for the guest privileges. The total amount is $80.04.

Your person named junior at the Murray Vasa assured me that I wouldn't pay past the first month for personal training membership. I have just brought an home I would not agree to an year at 120 a month. And why would I keep personal training when I know longer attend your gym? I want to know why your person junior who is on the contact hasn't been notified? He told me only one month and that is all he told me I agreed too. He lied to me and I do not accept your terms.

Thank you for reaching out to us, I apologize you potentially were not informed VASA Fitness acquired Crossroads agreements. We made every attempt to let everyone know they would be able to use our Sandy facility. Your membership will be cancelled 10/17/16 with no owing balance.

[redacted],  The reason we require a written cancellation request is so that if there is any question of the cancellation request both parties will have record of the request being made. Unless you can provide a previous proof of cancellation the funds paid up to date are owed. We will send you a letter confirming both accounts are being removed from the collection agency. with my bank and they cannot create that letter. There is literally nothing I can do, or could have done to prevent this ridiculous situation. I was not forwarned that I would be issued a new card that would change my card number. It was sent to me as they were updating older cards that did not have a more protective "chip" feature (my card was not expiring either). So for VASA to assess a "mandatory fee" for not advising them I was getting a new card, which I had no idea was being issued, is horrible business. There's a reason so many people are flocking to other gyms. All this is over a $25 fee. VASA can choose to charge me that $25, which I paid reluctantly, and lose a loyal customer for 10+ years, or resolve this silly issue and keep someone around that will be paying them much more than $25 for the rest of the year through membership fees. Which is smarter business? I was hoping that the new VASA would be different than the horrible service that Golds Gym provided, but this experience is proving otherwise.

I am rejecting this response because: The issue is travelling, and the business is not holding up its end of the contract that allows me to use the gym I went to in Layton, nor any other gym, which is exactly what I was sold on and I would never have agreed to use this gym if was not a Golds Gym. The deteriorating state of the gym and constant construction has made it nearly unusable. The price I agreed to pay was for Gold's Gym and not for this poorly run small-time operation.

Looking over the agreement we do show that you finished the promissory of the agreement, the owing amount is for the auto renewal payments. As a resolve we are happy to adjust off these owing amounts and cancel the agreement.

We do show that a refund of $50.00 was submitted back to your MasterCard ending in [redacted]. We can also give you the remaining sessions to use for yourself or you are welcome to transfer them to someone else with no transfer fee.

I am rejecting this response because: VASA first ask for my sons name which is Matt,  they then responded that he must take up the matter with them, now they say I am and they sent the month to month account to collections for the last 5 months  that no one has used the month to month account.  VASA has not done anything to help in solving the matter.  As stated before I purchased Matt the month to month membership Dec of 14 and he used it for 2 months.   There is nothing that is month to month that VASA advertises.  They advertise month to month for $10 and continue to want me to pay $25 a month on a continual basis even though no one uses the account.Please take my account out of collections and credit the account to be up to date and then cancel the account. No money will be paid for this.
