The voucher waived the first $120 to be paid but would continue for the next 11 months of $120.00. All documents were signed an agreed to including our secondary form of coverifaction from to insure member was aware what was being agreed to. If you choose to cancel your fitness agreement this is not something we can stop you from doing since your personal training is a separate contract from the gym membership. Member will need to follow cancellation polices on personal training agreement. ?

[redacted], I will cancel the personal training agreement with no further billing as a courtesy to resolve the matter. We will not be refunding any payments drafted up to date on this personal training agreement. Please let me know if you have any questions.

A Special was running for the $9.99 , $1.00 down that ran 5/28/2015-5/30/2015.  If the call was made during this time you would have been able to purchase the value you are speaking too.  However, you joined on 6/6/2015 at which time this special was not good any longer.So, they sign you to the $19.99 for all club rather than one club so you pay only the first month due rather than the $99 which is the standard price.Not sure why or if the no fees was communicated over the phone.  The terms of the agreement are clear on the cancel fee and annul fee.The annual fee should have billed on 8/6/2015 but a credit has been posted to this. This is helping you with some of your questions.The cancel fee is a standard $25 for month to month contracts which was purchased.  I have made a note to not charge this fee to further assist you.I can't help with when the special ended and when the contract was purchased, but feel that the items offered should assist you with some of the challenges.thank you.

A cancellation was processed 3/25/16 for 4/18/16. You will have no further billing.

Thank you for your feedback, we do show our member service department was able to settle this. Once your payment of $408.00 is paid to settle the debt will be called back from SWIFT Funds and you will owe nothing further for your personal training agreement.
