Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I request proof that any negative comments, etc. have been removed from EACH of the three credit reporting agencies with nothing undesirable left behind.  I thank Vasa Fitness for their willingness to accept my request, but only wish they would have been easier to work with before the Revdex.com was involved.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Ryan, Based off the agreement you are not the buyer. Unless we have authoriztion for this person, we are unable to speak to the detail of the membership.

Looking over the account the cancel fee was waived from $100 to $75 typically this is not a fee we would waive, but the member service team did negotiate a price and did waive some of the cancel fee. ?

I have attached a copy of the personal training agreement that was signed with an pad and the co-verification which is signed on paper not on a computer, item I did not include is a copy of your billing and drivers license you provided at the point of sale. The reason why I have brought up you using session is because in her original complaint you claim you were not aware of personal training had this been the case I do not understand why sessions would be used if you did not know one existed. I have also attached the copy of your fitness agreement which you will see looks different from the personal training this is because you click on boxes to approve the agreement. Again there are no violations on either of these agreements.

Thank you for reaching out to us, the membership will cancel 9/9/16 with no further billing owing on the agreement. The past due amount on the account will be adjusted off. We do show the [redacted] is the member however we show a [redacted] as the buyer.

I apologize if you did not receive a call back our policy is within 24 hours. I find it confusing that you have left that many call backs with no response, this will be looked into. Looking over your agreement had you cancelled there is a 30 day notice and a $25 cancellation fee within the first 6...

months of the agreement. We will waive the $25 cancel fee and 30 day notice and cancel the account today. You will have no further drafts. ?

The member contacted us 7-13-15 we advised if proof of fraud was provided the fees will be waived. Member has provided the letter 7//16/15, and fees were waived.

[redacted],  To clarify you would not receive a paper copy at the the point of sale, only a copy would have been emailed to you. Our fitness counselor is stating he gave you a tour of the facility and you wanted the training agreed for the contract. The training did not include having access to the facility so you would also need to sign up for a membership and our records show that you told the fitness counselor you would sign up on 3/9/18 for the memberships.  On that day you did provide your billing and personal information for the training account. You also attended a session the next day showing the  you did want the training. We have closed your Fitness Training effective today with no further billing to resolve the matter,  but we will not be issuing any refunds as all our information shows that a contract was signed.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
How do I go about to ensure the business resolves the issue?
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I would happy if you void the $25 return fee and I am going to give you a new debit card to withdraw to make sure there will be nothing happen in the future. Would you mind to call me to...

process payment? Or leave a note in my account so I can come to the gym to do that?My phone number is [redacted]. My vasa id is [redacted] Thanks.
[redacted]

We will be contacting you today to resolve this.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have been told repeatedly that I have been to multiple gyms, which is not true. If I go to Vasa Murray (the only one I have ever even stepped foot in), and I don't have my pass, they simply ask for your name and check you in. I'm guessing here that there might be another Kate Anderson in Utah that was checked in under my account. I am pursuing this because I know I have never been to another Vasa, and I"m tired of being told I have. The sign in process is sloppy at Vasa Murray, and they guys who checked me in agreed with me completely. Brock, at the Murray location, said it is completely possible that others have been checked in under my name. It's completely unacceptable that I've assured you multiple times I've never been to another VASA, and still, you won't accept that. From a customer service standpoint, this is deplorable. If we were to pull up video footage of the dates of me supposedly going to these other locations, I assure you that you would come up short. In fact, let's look up the dates and times of these supposed check ins. Honestly, this feels like a scam. And I intend to inform as many people as possible about it.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We would be happy to look into this for you, what is your wife's name?

[redacted],The terms of cancelling a membership are a 30 days notice in writing you also would have owed a cancellation fee of $25 since you were still withing the first 6 months of the membership. By having your bank process charge-backs or stop payments your account still remained active but the account...

then was showing a delinquent balance. The membership is not usage based and does not cancel out due to missed payments, because we were unable to collect your month to month payment for 4 consecutive months the account was subject to collection write-off. Prior to 12/2/17 our billing company was attempting to contact you via phone calls, text messages. At this point you will need to handle the membership balance with the collection agency Aldous & Associates at 801-272-5281, this account is no longer with our office. The person training was in contract for 4 payments of $136.00 Per a conversation you had with our billing company on 8/7/17 they advised you of the options to cancel your personal training while in contract. Those options were for relocation, by providing proof that you had relocated 25 miles outside all VASA locations or finding someone to take over the agreement. It doesn't look like either of those terms had been filled so the account would remain active for the remaining contractual payments. Again our billing company continued to contact you through phone calls & text messages. Our records also show that the trainer you had been setup has also been attempting to reach you to get you setup with appointments, the last response she received from you was on 8/17.If we are unable to get the past due balance taken care of on the personal training account, there is potential that the account may also go to collections, because the account is still in contract we are not able to waive the 2 remaining contractual monthly dues but we would be able to remove the 3 return fees owing on the personal training balance and the one renewal payment. This will lower the balance from $483.00 to $272.00. Please let me know if you have any questions.

The agreement indicates that the member did sign as the buyer for the link. I can cancel the linked member and waive the past due amount and a resolve for that portion. But the main account will need to be settled with the collection agency Swift at [redacted]. Our billing company did try to make...

contact regarding the past due amount since 12/29/14 till 4/24/15. Was then sent to collections 5/1/15.?

The personal training is still in term, member has one payment left of $[redacted] and will be drafted nothing further. The fitness membership does require a 30 day notice, and a $25 cancellation fee. We can back date the cancel to 9/17/15 when member first contacted paramount acceptance. Once the $25...

cancel fee is paid the membership will then cancel 10/18/15.?

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I feel like they are engraving people with these contracts. When I signed up I was never told that you only get 3 says to change your mind and was also not told you only get 30 minutes once a week with your trainer. And once they tell you this your to late to cancel and are stuck. They need to be more forthcoming with this information.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The trainer didn't try to get a hold of me. My phone number hasn't changed and I would have answered. After two months of no trainer I brought this to VASA and was told they couldn't wouldn't do anything about it. Now that I have brought the Revdex.com into situation they all of a sudden have a "solution". I don't feel comfortable with this situation anymore and feel the contract should be cancelled. They can keep the money they have pulled out of my account this far and can call it even.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
