I am rejecting this response because: I followed the instructions they gave and they charged me times as I stated in my initial complaintThey are thieves and if they were not wrong, why would they offer me $back?

On our Website the customer has the option to purchase a People Report for $with a membershipOr they may select the product alone with out a membership for a slightly higher priceThis customer chose to pay the discounted price of $that comes with the membershipThey are shown before
check out that they are also getting a membershipSince they did not cancel their membership within the first days, they were billed the monthly feeThe representative they spoke with was correct in saying that per the Terms of Use the product is not refundable
