I am rejecting this response because: this company is ripping off consumersThe computer forces you to obtain the membership you have no choice Also they don't tell you that you have to call them to cancel the scam the same day You think you are cancelling g when you click on the cancel membership but they know most people will not call because they think by clicking on the button the membership has been cancelled Put these ss out of business

I am rejecting this response because: The Terms of Service states that "If you cancel a longer subscription term membership you may receive a pro-rated refund based upon any full months left on your term." I have full months left on my term and according to the Terms of Service, which I agreed to, Peoplefinders.com has the ability to refund the remaining months left on my subscription, but is refusing to do so. I think it is very bad business practice to make a consumer agree to a Terms of Service and then the company chooses not to abide by the same termsI am still requesting a refund of the months left remaining on my subscription $x = $

Thank you, we did find the account and reviewed the information The customer signed up for a Background Report Trial MembershipThey logged into their account and canceled the renewal of the membership on 10/17/There will be no further billingsAs the Terms of use state, this product is not refundableIt is not hard to cancel, as the customer did so by logging into their account and canceling any renewalsThey were billed because they did to so after the day trial period

We issued a courtesy refund on 06/15/for $The cancelation was not received until 06/15/No further refunds will be issued

The customer has had an account with us since Our website does not make it so that a person has to purchase a background report. However, we will refund them the $for the report. This leaves them responsible for $for services rendered

The customer has the option to purchase at $for the records but instead chose a more extensive report that includes more information
