I am rejecting this response because: I did not call in to their customer care. I was able to stop recurring charges online. I would still like a refund of the 25$ they stole

We have issued a refund of $29.85 for the six month membership the customer had purchased.

This matter has been resolved with Mr. [redacted]l directly. For record keeping purposes we would like to confirm with the Revdex.com that Mr. [redacted]l has been fully refunded. What we we're not able to issue back electronically has been issued manually by check.

We have reviewed your account and found that directly after your purchase of $2.95 for a Public Records Report, a full-page offer was displayed for a three day trial to our Membership. Our records show "Yes, sign me up" was affirmatively selected instead of declining the offer directly below....

We did not receive cancellation within the three day trial. Therefore, $24.95 was billed on the fourth day. Per this complaint, and as a onetime courtesy, we will refund the membership fee. Please allow three to five business days for this to reflect on your account.

I am rejecting this response because:the company continues to deny with rote responses despite my repeated supply of detailed information. Their own published policy allows for a refund yet they're denying with no warranted reason why.

At the time of purchase on 4/22/2015 you chose to receive a discounted price for your report ($0.95) in turn for signing up for a 3 day trial to our Membership. You had the option to cancel this membership trial at anytime via your account manager on the website, via email, or via phone....

We did not receive any notification that you wished to cancel this trial. The 3 day trial has ended; therefore, you were charged the membership fee ($24.95) on the fourth day, and for every month thereafter. Our customer service was available to take your cancellation at any time. You have yet to contact our company directly regarding these charges. Per this complaint, and as a onetime courtesy, we will grant one refund for the most current month of membership.  Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to process back into your credit or debit card. We have also cancelled your membership. The previous months are non-refundable per the Terms you agreed to upon purchase.

We have issued three refunds to the customer. The membership was signed up for online at our self service website and not canceled until 04/26/16. The account has already been closed so they can be no further charges.
