Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, assuming they provide me with the additional services that they assured would be available in their responseI do believe that the way their site is set up with cause others to have the same experience that I did It is very misleading

on 10/07/the customer went to our website and selected to purchase a background report for $They then clicked to accept a $Membership that was offered to them during the check out processHowever, the transactions failedThey were not chargedThey then emailed us for assistance times, all times they were notified that they were not billed the transactions had all failedPlease allow up to business days for the pending transactions to dropHow long it will take for the pending charges to drop is up to their bank, on our end the transactions ever went through we did not receive any funds that need to be refunded

I am rejecting this response because: I in fact did cancel Per the bank, the charges fraudulently started up after a period of some months of not being charged The rude person I spoke with asked for a confirmation number even after I cancelled a second time I did not receive a confirmation number Ipso facto, this company sets the customer up for theft this "business" needs to be shut down due to unethical and fraudulent practices as well as theft

We apologize for the confusionThey did not call, they contacted, support on 2/15/in the form of an email in which we have record ofWe replied to them stating we have canceled their membership and refunded them the $that same dayOn the same day the customer both emailed us in regards to the membership, we replied back saying we refunded and they also logged in and canceled their membership themselves

The customer purchased a trial membership on 01/11/ for $instead of the $full price for a background reportThe trial was not canceled therefore the membership was charged from February through MayThe cancelation did not occur until 05/16/over the phoneA refund was issued for $for the month of May since there was no prior cancelationPer our Terms if Use no further refunds will be issued
