I am rejecting this response because: I attached my original email response from PeopleFinders when they received my request to close my accountI used their account to locate some relativesI no longer need this account - I am not using their service and do NOT want to be billed for services I do NOT use or want or need

After my initial call to peoplefinder's I asked to speak with a manger One did call back and offered me an additional month credit (That is a change from my original complaint) I was charged for Jan., Feb., March and April They initially agreed to credit back April, March then later added in Feb My bank is looking into it as well under unauthorized charge So at this point, I am looking for January for $as well as having them remove my credit card info from their server.I feel there is a ton of people saying the same thing on the Internet I almost feel like they hope people won't notice Does not seem right

The information we provided is from public recordAs we state on our website this information is provided as-isService was rendered Our records show the customer also used our service in 2014, the service was rendered, however they requested a refund at that time as wellOur Terms of Use state that this information is self reported public record Per the Terms of Use that the customer agreed to during check out, this product is not refundable

I am rejecting this response because: it is completely untrueI never contacted this company whatsoever to request their servicesI have no idea how they claim I didIf they took my money without making sure first it was me who was requesting their services, it is not my fault, therefore is not responsibility.I am outraged at their response that I accepted these charges.I would like them to give me a written statement where it shows how many times I used their website during those monthsIf I accepted to pay them $a month, surely I used their website, I would be stupid to pay them money and not take advantage of their services.They are liars and scammers[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The company leads you to believe you are paying for a phone number and then lures you into a membership that needs to be cancelled This is deceiving and very miss-leading especially for senior citizens on a limited budget Who would pay $a month for a telephone number directory? I may not have read the luring script as I was in a hurry to get the number, however, when I realized the trap, I called immediately I only used their service once and never will use it again and $is a big expense for one number and no additional services rendered Especially when it is done in a deceptive way!
