I found them On Facebook . Loved the Tee that was Advertised and thought" I want that tee"" So I ordered , Fast Service ,wonderful customer service , They keep you up to date on How things are going ...
I thought that I had a shipping problem and did not get what I ordered . I contacted the customer service people and they were on it so fast Turns out I made the mistake and emailed to apologize... They could not have been more gracious..

I placed an order and did not realize I entered an expired card. I sent an e-mail to ask how to fix problem. Aston T. reposnded from your company quickly. He then cancelled my order and I was able to reorder my item with a valid credit card. Aston T. was very quick in handling this issue and was very polite in his e-mail responses. Great experience.

Rafael did a great job making sure I got a refund for the sweatshirt I never received. He was professional and kind. Thank you

Do not order anything from this company. In September I ordred a shirt. They sent the wrong size. I returned it & they said they would send the correct size. Never happened. All I get are e-mails saying they have forwarded my request to "upper management"-- total fraud.

Was really pleased with the service and the Jumper I ordered. I order the Carpenters hooded sweater. I was very pleased with the quality and it fitted perfectly. I was a bit concerned that the parcel had not arrived, but due to xmas I understood. I sent Viral an email and they answered straight away and informed me the parcel was on its way.
