Had an item with a bad print. Most of it washed away after one time in the washer in cold water and low heat dry. But it didn't fade everywhere so it was uneven coloring too and just bad. I emailed their customer support with supporting photo of the shirt and they got right back to me about sending me a replacement. It was totally a non-fuss interaction and I just received my replacement today. Very much appreciate their customer service department and the integrity of the company.

I had a problem regarding a sending, and the Customer service from Viralstyle, more specifically the one provided by Gabriela T., was absolutely excelent. They took care of the problem and gave me a solution really quick, beign always helpful and kind to me.

I recently had received an parka from your company, I wasn't sure I liked it because of the print. I ordered 2 special run coffee mugs with a character from "Outlander". When production was finished - the mugs were shipped to me well-packed and as expected for quality.

I placed an order and did not realize I entered an expired card. I sent an e-mail to ask how to fix problem. Aston T. reposnded from your company quickly. He then cancelled my order and I was able to reorder my item with a valid credit card. Aston T. was very quick in handling this issue and was very polite in his e-mail responses. Great experience.

Do not order anything from this company. In September I ordred a shirt. They sent the wrong size. I returned it & they said they would send the correct size. Never happened. All I get are e-mails saying they have forwarded my request to "upper management"-- total fraud.

Was really pleased with the service and the Jumper I ordered. I order the Carpenters hooded sweater. I was very pleased with the quality and it fitted perfectly. I was a bit concerned that the parcel had not arrived, but due to xmas I understood. I sent Viral an email and they answered straight away and informed me the parcel was on its way.
