I thought I bought into a scam after reading all the negative reviews. My order was printed November 29th, shipped Dec.10th and delivered this morning, just in time for Christmas. By the way the sweatshirts look great! Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Order was fulfilled quickly. When I lost the tracking information, Viral Style was able to find my order and provide me with the number. I have my t-shirt now and it is great.

Ordered hoodie and coffee mug on 11/7/14. Have yet to recive coffee mug. Since shipping label was created, they say its now USPS responsibility and I will not be issued a refund. USPS says label was created, but ViralStyle never actually shippped item. Hoodie was too small. They agreed to swap out with larger size so I paid $18 to ship it back to them. Never received my replacement. Was told they would refund my $42.93 for the hoodie, but hasn't happened

I wrote in because my item was lost in the mail during the holiday season which happens and they helped me by just reordering my item! Gabrielle, the associate that helped me, was super helpful and fast with emails!

I too ordered Hoodies from Viral style they said they were shipped dec 12, when I called on Dec 18 they said it was a mistake, they would be mailed dec 20th, The items have never left Tampa, they will lie and just steal your money, don't order from this Company

I ordered a t-shirt on-line with Viral Style and failed to put my apartment number in my address. I contacted them immediately upon receiving the shipping notice. They provided a few recommendations to try and remedy the situation on the front end. When I was unable to update the address on the package it was returned. Angel contacted me once she got the package and resent it at no additional cost. Angel was great and I appreciated her help every step of the way!!

I recently ordered a hoodie from your company and upon receipt, looked at the lettering and thought it might be a quality issue. I immediately contacted Viral Style and was asked to send photos of the hoodie so I did. In talking to the person who was giving me support in the matter, I realized I should have checked the item again on Viral Style's web page because it was printed exactly as shown on their web page. I was truly embarrassed that I hadn't thought to go back and check that site first, but Gabrielle at Viral Style was so nice! She fully understood and I just want to say Thank You to both Viral Style and Gabrielle for helping me understand my purchase. I will be purchasing more items in the future! Thanks again, Gabrielle!

When I called and I spoke with Steffan, I was angry and upset due to not having any information concerning my order. After allowing me to vent for a little while, he helped me and told me when I should expect my T-shirt. He made me as if I was not just on a rant, but that he genuinely cared about what I was staying. Thank you Steffan and Viral Styles, I will without a doubt be ordering another T-shirt from your company!!!!

I loved the T shirt they advertised and ordered it on August 13th. They answered my questions but unfortunately the "campaign" ended on Aug 16th so I was not able to adjust the order.
I didn't get the shirt for a month after the campaign ended, so was frustrated that now it's Sept 15th and not much T shirt weather left. Normally I would try to give as a gift but this is custom made so to speak, and that won't work.

Then I got the shirt and it was about 2 sizes too small even though I ordered a 2X- they said (after I contacted them today) that the women's sizes run small. Would have been helpful to know that. Now I'm stuck with a shirt I have to return and pay postage for and am really disappointed.

Ordered a mug for a birthday gift on Nov 11, 2016. Received it Dec 9, 2016 and the color is nothing like what I purchased. Requested a reprint after sending in photos to prove it looks nothing like what I ordered. They tell me it will be 10-14 business days before reprint. Here it is Jan 5 and still no mug. Horrible service, horrible product, would not recommend at all.

Wonderful customer service! I messed up my order twice and each time I emailed the company to inquire if I could fix it my email was answered immediately, very professionally, and very helpfully.

Everything went like clockwork. I did not receive my item from USPS on date scheduled. I wrote an email and Morgan took care of everthing, traced item and received the very next day. Thanks to all.
