I order a hoodie. I received email that they had a problem with my creditcard denying.
I tried to use web page that I was given to correct my creditcard info, however I was never able to get into this site. I then called and the rep was unable to help me, he couldn't verify any info I had given them regarding my info and could not fix. His solution was that they will run creditcard again. I just now received another email that creditcard failed again and my order was cancelled. I again called them and rep was unable to fix because campaign was already order and I could not re-order my item. I did contact my bank and they show no record of this business even trying to run my creditcard info

Everything went like clockwork. I did not receive my item from USPS on date scheduled. I wrote an email and Morgan took care of everthing, traced item and received the very next day. Thanks to all.

I waited almost a month to receive my shirt in the mail, contacted them by phone and email several times, the shirt finally arrived in the mail and it was a miss print in the spelling on the shirt. I tried calling, got the run around, emailed them and still no reply from them.
Do Not waist your money on this [redacted] !!!

First off, the customer service is great. I ordered 2 shirts for the Rescued is my favorite breed, organization. Both shirts are XL, one a V neck & the other a scoop neck. The pink Vneck came & was very tight, knew I had to return it. When the second one came, it was an XL also, scoop neck. That one fit fine. I checked them over & the first one is about 2 inches less in width, versus the purple one. I also noticed they were from two different companies & the pink one was much softer. I am returning the pink one due to small size, but will keep the purple one. It still will cost me shipping to return the pink one, which is really the one I initially wanted. I think they should be aware of this issue & stick with with the same label on all shirts ! I am disappointed that I can no longer order a different size, as the campaign is over ! For that I give a Neutral .

I am one pleased customer. My sweatshirt I had order was lost in the mail because I gave them the wrong address. However, viralstyle got right on it and found my package and it eas delivered safe and in great shape. Thank you viralstyle I love my hoodie.
