An exceptional business with wit and clothing quality is superb. They are very communicative and timely when responding to customer emails. Love it!!

I waited almost a month to receive my shirt in the mail, contacted them by phone and email several times, the shirt finally arrived in the mail and it was a miss print in the spelling on the shirt. I tried calling, got the run around, emailed them and still no reply from them.
Do Not waist your money on this [redacted] !!!

I am very pleased with the merchandise and customer service I received from Viral Style. They responded quickly to all my e-mails & I LOVE my T-shirt, the material is of excellent quality & the sizing is spot on.

Wanted to take a moment to give out a "GREAT JOB" to Wyatt H. for the help he has given me on a recent order.

When I received the product I had ordered (a Gibbs T-shirt), it had a large, what looked like a grease stain, on the front of the shirt.

I was lucky enough to get Wyatt as my customer service rep. when I called your company.

Wyatt was courteous, professional, and most importantly very responsive to my concern about the shirt and how it could be replaced for a very special Christmas surprise! He answered my emails in a very timely manner and provided exemplary customer service.

I order a hoodie. I received email that they had a problem with my creditcard denying.
I tried to use web page that I was given to correct my creditcard info, however I was never able to get into this site. I then called and the rep was unable to help me, he couldn't verify any info I had given them regarding my info and could not fix. His solution was that they will run creditcard again. I just now received another email that creditcard failed again and my order was cancelled. I again called them and rep was unable to fix because campaign was already order and I could not re-order my item. I did contact my bank and they show no record of this business even trying to run my creditcard info
