Had an item with a bad print. Most of it washed away after one time in the washer in cold water and low heat dry. But it didn't fade everywhere so it was uneven coloring too and just bad. I emailed their customer support with supporting photo of the shirt and they got right back to me about sending me a replacement. It was totally a non-fuss interaction and I just received my replacement today. Very much appreciate their customer service department and the integrity of the company.

Good communication, and while the ship times were a bit longer, I knew that going in that they are not made as they are ordered, but entire batches are printed at once at the time that the campaign meets its goals.

I love viralstyle.. An error was done with my address and they fixed the problem immediately. Then they re-shipped my t-shirt and I received it fast. I LOVE their product too.. The material is so soft..!!

My experience with customer support with Viralstyle was fantastic.
Gabrielle, my support representative was prompt, efficient and effective.

To be honest, I'm pretty sure that Gabrielle waited longer for me to get the necessary information she needed than I waited for her to complete her task and resolve my support need; once I provided her with the info, my issue was resolved in LITERALLY less than 5 minutes.

I really have never had a more prompt resolution turn around time!

The chat on the ViralStyle sight was terrible. I'm not sure if it was the sight all together, or if it was just the woman helping me.

However, when I called I got this very nice and understanding man who helped me a lot, and because of him, (I was returning a shirt), I got a full refund including shipping both ways. I'm very pleased with ViralStyle, and Frankie personally. I would by from them again:)!

I placed an order w/ ViralStyle on 11/6/14. Still have not received my order.
Received a shipping confirmation on 12/3/14 stating a shipping label has been created in Tampa, Fl. I have communicated via email w/ ViralStyle; I was told on 12/17/14 that "domestic orders will arrive btwn 10-21 days". On 1/6/15 - "due to popularity of your item, it is taking a bit longer than anticipated to print". I have sent them 2 other emails in the past 2 weeks w/ no response!
Disgusted with the poor, or lack of communication at this point. Very unprofessional. Maybe they need to find new printers if they are unable to fulfill their customer's orders as advertised. I hope to have my items by Christmas 2015!

I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson but when it arrived the lettering was not good. There were blank spaces in some of the letters. I sent an email to ViralStyle who requested a picture. After that was done I received another email stating I should return the item for a full refund. I did this and received another email stating the item had been received AND they were crediting my charge account for a full refund. All of this was done in 2 weeks time. My only regret was that since this was a 1 time printing I could not get a new sweatshirt. I have ordered from them before and would recommend them to anyone.

Delivery was very fast and I love the shirt

Viralstyle is a great business I had order two items online but I had problem with my order and Brittany from customer service at Viralstyle was very helpful and help me fixed my problem ASAP. This is my first time oderding something from this business but I must say that the help I received was very professional and fast.

I had order a shirt but was printed the wrong one so I emailed them got in contact with Aston who helped me resolve the issue I had and now I await the correct shirt thanks again Aston T.

On May 19, 2015 I e-mailed Viralstyle Support Team at about 1 PM to inquire about an order. By 4 PM on the same day I had an answer to my inquiry. I never expected to receive such rapid service from Spencer S. I am disappointed that my order did not go through but I received a refund and for sure I will look for the same offer. Next time I will make a phone call to make sure my order is completed.

I had an excellent experience with Viral Style and I'm sure I will order from you again! I bought a sweatshirt that was an Ugly Christmas Sweater type, starring Neil deGrasse Tyson doing his meme thing that he does. I went to a Holiday party he was attending, and I wore the shirt. It was a Huge hit! Everyone asked me where I got it and I told them Viral Style online. Neil loved it. We got a picture together both of us mocking the shirt! Great quality. Great service. Worth the price. Thank you for make me me a Hit at the party!

Ordered a T Shirt on the 25th Sept, but still waiting delivery. I wouldn't mind waiting but the fact that I have now sent 5 emails to Viral Style without one response is just pure rude. Complaint lodged via Paypal now so let see if they respond. Customer Service is appalling. Will not be ordering from them again !!!

First time ordering from Viral Style... I ordered and forgot to put the apartment number on the address. My sister anxiously waited to get these shirts but they didnt show up. She checked the copy I sent her and saw the address missing. Post lady was helping her look out for it. Then I wrote to Viral and advised them of what happened. The day they received packaging back, they contacted me and I gave them the right information, they reshipped the tshirts out to my sister.

Its nice when you deal with professional individuals who take care of whatever issues you may have. The shirts are on their way and my sister will be happy when she gets them later this week.

I placed an order for an Outlander mug. When it arrived, it was broken. I contacted the company and they informed me that they would send out a replacement mug. I received my replacement mug in one piece.

I was pleased to order a unique item from Viral Style. In fact, I have never been able to find a good gift for a pilot friend of mine, until I saw this item. It was perfect! I ordered, was given user friendly updates as to it's status in manufacture and in shipping, and received the order promptly. It was in perfect condition! Exactly what I wanted. When there was a slight problem with the recipient, I contacted Viral Style support. (Nahom D.) at [email protected] replied immediately with an appropriate response! They graciously replaced the item, despite having no requirement to do so. I had anticipated getting no resolution due to the terms of service with a custom issue, and a company located so far from my home, but no, they were happy to provide me with stellar service and again, direct communication in prompt fashion. I am completely convinced that I will purchase from them again. Their system is designed for customer satisfaction in my experience. Definitely worth my time to share my story. I am a genuinely satisfied first time buyer, who will not hesitate to buy again.

I purchased a limited edition tank through Viral Style, realized after it ended I must have clicked on something that ordered me two of the same tanks. As I only needed one I emailed them before they printed them to let them know I think there was a mix up. Heard back right away & the problem was taken care of & they refunded my money on one if the tanks. Great customer service, they were nice & understanding about it all. Def would buy more shirts through them.
