I love ViralStyle! I have ordered several things from this site and I have been extremely happy with all of my purchases. I did have an issue placing my last order. I called, got an attendant right away and got my problem resolved. Aston was the attendant who helped me. Great service!

I was mostly pleased with viral style. My only complaint was that I never received an email with a confirmation or shipping number. I emailed the company and receive an email within 2 days saying the package was on the way. I was very pleased with their timely response to my inquiry.

I would like to thank Gabriela as well as viral style in there excellent business . Was fast and very efecient in completing my order ! Very satisfied with there business.

Quality clothes and customer service

Ordered a hoodie on November 25th have yet to receive it. On Dec.12 it was issued a shipping label. I talked to a representative on Dec 22. Was promised delivery on Dec 24th or I would be charged only half price. Today Dec 29 I talked to another rep who said it would be shipped later this week. This was to be a Christmas gift.

Love my new Mother of Dogs shirt! Was initially sent the wrong style but after contacting customer service, they quickly sent me the correct style and advised me to keep the original shirt as well. Very happy with products and company. I would definitely order from them again.

been in touch with Gabriela who is really helpful with queries I had with my order. The campaign I've ordered for still has time to run before I'l know whether they are making the items and dispatching them, but so far I'm impressed with them

I ordered a football guernsey for my grand-daughter some months ago. There was a hold up in our receiving it, but that was understandable as we live in a fairly remote part of northern Australia.

I am from the UK and had placed an order, and had a query about delivery. I was assisted in the enquiry by Frankie, who was really helpful and answered my questions fully and satisfactorily. My order subsequently arrived and I am delighted with it. It is a hoodie that is a Christmas present for my son. Haven't seen anything like this in the UK.

Happy with the service

They quickly responded to an error in my order. I had accidentally put the wrong type of shirt for one of two of my shirts and emailed them. They got back to me immediately and fixed the issue with no problems or delay. And the shirts rocked!!!

viral style recommended came on time ,good quality, and realy responsible answering questions.

Really wanted the David Wright shirt however it was very small. I was disappointed I couldn't get it in a larger size as the promotion had ended. I was able to return it for a refund.

I would like to take a moment and commend Viral Style and in particular, Wyatt H. for the manner in which the treated me. I ordered a t-shirt for my wife for her birthday and after it hadn't arrived for approx. 10 days I contacted Viral Style as to its whereabouts. I dealt with Wyatt H. directly and my misunderstanding was about the nature of how the campaigns run before the t-shirts are printed...bottom line is it takes more time than I had and they gladly refunded me my money. Professional in every way...highly recommended...Wyatt H. was polite & informative and very helpful. Viral style should feel fortunate to have him as a member of their staff.
