I had an excellent experience with Viral Style and I'm sure I will order from you again! I bought a sweatshirt that was an Ugly Christmas Sweater type, starring Neil deGrasse Tyson doing his meme thing that he does. I went to a Holiday party he was attending, and I wore the shirt. It was a Huge hit! Everyone asked me where I got it and I told them Viral Style online. Neil loved it. We got a picture together both of us mocking the shirt! Great quality. Great service. Worth the price. Thank you for make me me a Hit at the party!

Although I was unhappy with the product I received, the support team was very easy to work with and got me my money back easily. Gabriela with the support staff was a huge help.

Ordered a T Shirt on the 25th Sept, but still waiting delivery. I wouldn't mind waiting but the fact that I have now sent 5 emails to Viral Style without one response is just pure rude. Complaint lodged via Paypal now so let see if they respond. Customer Service is appalling. Will not be ordering from them again !!!

I like them very much. There was a mistake in the article I bought and something was left out. I wrote them and told them and their response was awesome. They immediately replied and checked. Then they sent out the missing part very quickly. Ryan, who I talked to several times, was polite and prompt and very nice. I got the missing part and wrote to let him know and got a very nice reply. Wonderful to deal with folks who pay attention and make things right!

I was pleased to order a unique item from Viral Style. In fact, I have never been able to find a good gift for a pilot friend of mine, until I saw this item. It was perfect! I ordered, was given user friendly updates as to it's status in manufacture and in shipping, and received the order promptly. It was in perfect condition! Exactly what I wanted. When there was a slight problem with the recipient, I contacted Viral Style support. (Nahom D.) at [email protected] replied immediately with an appropriate response! They graciously replaced the item, despite having no requirement to do so. I had anticipated getting no resolution due to the terms of service with a custom issue, and a company located so far from my home, but no, they were happy to provide me with stellar service and again, direct communication in prompt fashion. I am completely convinced that I will purchase from them again. Their system is designed for customer satisfaction in my experience. Definitely worth my time to share my story. I am a genuinely satisfied first time buyer, who will not hesitate to buy again.

Order arrived but unfortunately it was the wrong size. I filled out the form on the website to get in touch and within minutes I had a response! Gabriela was extremely helpful and resolved the issue promptly in a very professional and friendly manner.

As I ordered my top I put the wrong postcode/zipcode in by mistake, and started to worrie that I might not be able to sort it, however I emailed the team explaining the situation and they was very helpful and understanding and sorted all the information out for me, I would highly recommend purchasing from this company, and I will be using then again :)

I purchased a limited edition tank through Viral Style, realized after it ended I must have clicked on something that ordered me two of the same tanks. As I only needed one I emailed them before they printed them to let them know I think there was a mix up. Heard back right away & the problem was taken care of & they refunded my money on one if the tanks. Great customer service, they were nice & understanding about it all. Def would buy more shirts through them.

I placed an order for an Outlander mug. When it arrived, it was broken. I contacted the company and they informed me that they would send out a replacement mug. I received my replacement mug in one piece.

I was disappointed in the time it took for the neckless to get here. The ad when I ordered it said it would make a great Christmas gift. I received it on the 9th of January, it will be a late gift to my Daughter.The dates changed a few time on arrival of the item. The neckless looks Alright. The Pendent looking good . I ordered in what I thought was a reasonable time for it to arrive, only weeks later when I ask, wheres my neckless at finding out about a promotion ending, then it being shipped.
