Because this was an unusual way to purchase something, I was unsure of how it was going to turn out however, its perfect and in time for christmas. Would use again. At first, I was really upset when I got my shirt because it had no resemblance with the advertisement. The coloring was off. I contacted and explained the issue and got a brand new shirt with an amazing print just like the advertisement. I thank for understanding the problem and doing the right thing by sending a new one. I placed an order with Viral Style, and it all went smoothly! I received my US shipment to [redacted] three week after campaign ended, correct size, color and logo. Happy with the quality of product:)

I got caught up reading reviews from previous customers, and I got worried my self. I sent in an email to customer service, and received a reply the same day. I was asked for my tracking number, and I did not have it, so they took the time to look it up, provided me with the tracker, told me campaign had just ended, would be shipped shortly.

Total time - 7 weeks. The company does clearly state orders produced when the campaign ends, which makes sense, they have to know how many of each shirt will be needed to complete the run in the factory. Delivery time from Florida to ** was also the usual, I have ordered from other companies with same delivery durations.

All in all, no compaints!

Ordered a shirt on Feb 11 on a campaign that was to end on Feb 22. Campaign keeps getting extended so almost a month later they haven't shipped anything, although they already took payment. It wasn't until I filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back that they sent a fake tracking number (tracking just says that a label was printed and that's been a week).

Viral Style is a unique way to get unique t-shirts. It was very easy to place an order, and I'm looking forward to my order arriving, I did make a mistake with my first order, but customer service provided excellent customer service and helped me resolve my issue very quickly.
