At first, I was really upset when I got my shirt because it had no resemblance with the advertisement. The coloring was off. I contacted and explained the issue and got a brand new shirt with an amazing print just like the advertisement. I thank for understanding the problem and doing the right thing by sending a new one. I had ordered a shirt and it had gotten lost by ups, a quick email, and Britney helped me re order my shirt and has kept me updated on the whole process. They are quick to respond and very helpful! I will gladly work with them in the future.

I've recently made a purchase from ViralStyle, and their customer service has assured that I'll be a return customer. I contacted customer support after my order was placed to inquire about changing the shipping address of the order, as the order was a gift. Gabriela T responsed to my inquiry rather quickly and was able to fulfill my request. Aside from that, she's been extremely friendly and caring through multiple emails. I placed an order with Viral Style, and it all went smoothly! I received my US shipment to [redacted] three week after campaign ended, correct size, color and logo. Happy with the quality of product:)

I got caught up reading reviews from previous customers, and I got worried my self. I sent in an email to customer service, and received a reply the same day. I was asked for my tracking number, and I did not have it, so they took the time to look it up, provided me with the tracker, told me campaign had just ended, would be shipped shortly.

Total time - 7 weeks. The company does clearly state orders produced when the campaign ends, which makes sense, they have to know how many of each shirt will be needed to complete the run in the factory. Delivery time from Florida to ** was also the usual, I have ordered from other companies with same delivery durations.

All in all, no compaints!

I am very satisfied with the product. The shirt and printing are very high quality. I would purchase from Vira Style, LLC again.

I ordered a hoodie from them on December 5th and it said I would receive the Hoodie by December 24th. Well I never received it, and the shipping label wasn't even created until December 29th. It is now January 15th and it still hasn't even been shipped. Contacted several times and I get no response. Terrible company, total thieves. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
