I have already replied via email to Fran F* General Manager ILF Mobile Apps CorpIt's the same as the others wanting me to troubleshoot and unistall then reinstall the softwareI made this purchase (Highster Mobile) believing the software would do what you advertisedILF Moblie keeps saying I am not eligible for a refund becasue the software has been installedI did what was required of me when I purchase your product and it did not perform as it should, and I do not want it periodI do not want the newest version you claim to have now My email reply to ILFIt is typical that you will want me to keep trying to install software when I have to access the device for a time period in order to do this. Yes, what the screen shot shows is exactly what I am able to see, However nothing is different from April ** * ** on the call log or text messages which does indicate the software is Not working properlyAs a customer having to try to get the device and unistall and reinstall software is a huge inconvience. If the techs can make the software I purchased work or start back working then okay go ahead and do it, if not I want a refundThe program only worked for a few days and I did not read this anywhere describing the Highster productGet the techs to make the product I purchased and install work or give me a refund as stated in your customer guarantee
It is really dishearting that compaines take customers for granted in this wayThis is Fraud-a person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualitiesI will be contacting consumer complaints as well

The response I received from carrier states to 'view their refund policy' however they should be held liable for their rep verbally stating I could get my money back if it did not workAnd also they have not addressed the fact that they continue to charge my bank acct $each month for a service I've never once been able to useI did not give them permission to charge monthly and when I called in the many times they said they would discontinue however still getting billed monthly and no REFUND yetI am not satisfied with the company's response.I would like the$refund for the initial purchase and the additional monthly charges to my bank account

I have sent in my credit card statements that show no refund was issued on 7/** This company has been lying saying they would refund my money since May I have been trying to get my money back & still no luckThey lied to Revdex.com saying they refunded my money in July ***No refund

If anyone from this company would take the time to read my numerous emails they would understand that yes, I received the download but it was incomplete & only contained 25% (if that) of the information from the target phone & since the initial partial download nothing has updated...nothing has ever changed from the original portion of the download I receivedAnd all I keep receiving are generic responses - I have no desire to work with this company in any way after the way my account was treated
