After weeks of communications w/this company they still haven't fixed the software.  I've followed all instructions & the software never worked.  I've also requested a manager contact me to resolve this & haven't heard from anyone.  All messages I've received from this company are about installation & none acknowledging the fake software.  I've asked for a refund (shortly after purchasing it) & was told it would be refunded then shortly after that I was told it was declined because the software key was activated.   Activated key or not this is a scam.  I paid for something & did not get it.  I want my money refunded to me.

has not been restored.  After filing this compliant with Revdex.com, I received an email stating that I am in violation of the terms of usage.  I am not in violation.   First, they suspend without the right to do so (and state access has been restored when it was not) and then they claim I am in violation of the terms when I am not.

The problem is that everything in all of your ads state that I will only need to have access to the target phone for several minutes - one time only.  I DO NOT CONTINUALLY HAVE ACCESS to the phone - if I had known that you would have to have numerous access' to the phone I would have never purchased the software!!  No one ever tried to help during the initial week when I was having so many problems I only received bogus responses that were not at all helpful - I just want my money back as you state in ALL of yours ads I was never ablew to use it from DAY 1 of my 1/2 download - my software download was not successful because only a portion downloaded as for it stopping later ....it never even fully downloaded so that just adds to the reason you should refund my money

Dear customer, You have been denied your refund because you are well beyond the 30 day refund policy, the message you received states your refunds request was submitted to the refunds department. From that point on they then review your account to see if you are eligible for a refund.

You did receive a response requesting the email address you used at checkout for the software as the email address you emailed Fran Ferrara with IS NOT a registered email address.  If you would like, we can provide the email address you used to email the supervisor.

expected. If you like, I can refer this issue to our engineering department to see what the delay may be caused by. Alternatively, I can arrange for a full refund of your purchase.Typically, data retrieval is based upon the amount of data contained within the account. Accounts with more data will take longer to upload to our system. I have been working with the ILF Support Team for more than 4 weeks with no results.  After pushing the issue to determine why their system did not work they admitted that they had problems on their end.  Not just once but twice. Their request for me to continue to attempt to provide information and addition time to solve THEIR issues is unacceptable.  As you can see from the attached string of e-mails, which is just a record of the latest problems as I have an earlier chain as well, ILF has access to my account and sent me the exact screen shot of their system only showing the 9 text messages so I am not going to continue to respond to requests that have been previously responded to.  I purchased software from their competitor utilizing the same ICloud monitoring and it worked flawlessly the first attempt.  The problem is with ILF and their false advertising, see April [redacted] e-mail about their server upgrades, the earlier e-mail chain from my home e-mail also informs me that they were upgrading the software so their system would work.  I purchased this system because it was advertised to work with the IPhone through remote access,  it did not at the time they sold it and did not work as of 4/**.  I want a full refund.

 This company is lying about my refusal to submit information and I have the emails to prove that I submitted all information requested.  They are also lying about data being uploaded for me to view.  This too, is provable just by logging in to my account.  This is not a case of "He said, She said"  Everything that I am saying is available for all to see.  This is clearly a scam organization who should be brought to justice.
