BUYER BEWARE!!! This program does not work properly and support is non-existent. Do not do business with this company. Once they have your money they could care less if it works for you. Your phone DOES have to be rooted to use the majority of this software, it does not recover deleted anything, the GPS works sporadically, you text will have various dates showing back to 1970 and you they will tell you to reinstall it weekly. It does not update automatically so you physically have to have the phone to update. The last link they sent me to update does not even work. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!!!

We do apologize, however,the [redacted]lication could stop transmitting for several reasons out of our control.  Possibly the end user changed there settings, updated the operating system, no wifi, no cellular service, updated firmware or possible conflict with an [redacted] installed after the monitoring [redacted] was installed.  For this, we suggest you reinstall the software, as this will address the issue you are having.For further assistance kindly email;  [redacted] for immediate assistance.

As you can see this company is unwilling to honor their product.  I previously provided all the necessary information that they advertised was required. Why they are now asking for my ICloud back up after 3 weeks of experiencing the same problem is ridiculous. I am not wasting any more time providing additional information, which their advertisement clearly states is not required, so they can figure out why their system doesn't work. I am awaiting a refund of my purchase and will also notify the credit card company to dispute the payment if necessary.

 The answer they have given is false. I have requested a full refund for all charges taken from my bank account by their company. My Gmail account got hacked and I have explained this multiple times.

The product does not work. Fran acknowledged that I had not been able to access the data. She has given me new login information which I have not been able to use. This was explained to Fran. At this point, I would settle for half my money just to be done with this company. ILF Mobile still made money for nothing.

I submitted a ticket on 3-** and had a discussion with your rep Talia H[redacted]. She asked what device and I told her Android HTC One and answered all of her questions them she just stopped replying.
Then Fran F[redacted] asked the same question again on 4-*-16. So is it my fault your reps arent making proper notes on customer accounts?? Then I get a screen shot from Jacqueline R[redacted] showing that the product was in fact installed correctly yes most of the features do not work. This was my reply to the screen shot..[redacted] Lets continue.. Email: Does not work Calendar: Does not work Browser history: Does not work All social Media: Does not work So you are taking money and refusing to honor your refund policy when your product fails to preform??? As you can see the product is installed correctly yet only 2 or 3 features work. Here is the text of that message from your license email: Activation links are a representation of a license that verify the authenticity and licensed use of the software product purchased. By clicking on the activation link contained in this email you are accepting receipt of the product and activating the license of the product you have purchased. For the software you have purchased to collect information from an Android device the software must be installed to that device. If you will be using the no jailbreak program it will not be necessary to install the program to the monitored device. For all other versions it will be necessary to install the program to the monitored device. If you are unable to perform this action do not activate the license key.  Your refund has been denied as a result of you activating your software. Please keep in mind that your license key will remain active should you have use for the software in the future.
