I am rejecting this response because:I just received your mail in regards to the response you received from Vivint Solar or what ever alias name it goes by. In regards to my main complaints there are several complaints I have against them from day ONE, which what they wrote is just one of the complaints for they were all over the television news, and newspapers in thier lies, deceptive practices and so much more wrong doing to me, which again, I already wrote to you many times which specifically states all the wrong doing they have done to me, along with their deceptive practices, and all I already wrote to you about, and this is getting rediculous with what they are saying in thier responses to you. They are even sending me bills on solar which I am not using solar at all and will never use solar, because of what they have done in disrupting my life, and all the grief and stress they have caused me, and they just don't stop, it keeps continuing. I also called the billing office last week to ask where they are coming up with billing me when I am NOT using solar, for it was turned off in September the day after my birthday, and having a absolute NERVE to do that and Rebecca who works in billing department absolutely REFUSED to give me an ID number or a last name, which again, what exactly are they doing? If no last name, an ID is giving by any one! I will repeat again, I sent them a DEMAND OF REMOVAL for they are TRESPASSING ON MY PROPERTY which I stated in my demand of removal also! Only thing Vivint has full filled on thier end is constantly harrassing me, continuous stress and continuous grief! I will not tolerate another day or moment of them. This is my property and my home which they are invading my life and just won't stop. They are worse than vultures in what they have done to me! They cost me so much grief, stress and other HIPPA & PHI issues which again, I will not disclose for the world to see. Enough is enough, which I have also stated several times to you and everyone! There is NO misunderstanding of what WRONG they have continuously done to me, nor will I tolerate any more of thier lies, deception, or anything else! Tell them to take thier equipment and panels off my property PERIOD! and STOP bothering me! Just thinking about what they have done since day one and continuously do seriously makes me ill! They have been and are invading my life and privacy which is not going to be tolerated! I signed a SWORN affidated, witnessed and certified along with the demand letter and other letter attached which was dated in September, which I tell the truth, unlike Vivint! I also have no problem going in front of the news cast again, which I checked off that box when I contacted Revdex.com in filling out my original complaint form, which was one of the questions asked by Revdex.com on the form.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: I reject this because the lady who called us was pleasantly rude and demanding that we have no other choice to move forward. She made it clear that there's nothing we can do to get out of this. I feel like we are being lied to as far as this company. How can this company say I signed An agreement and I am obligated to it when they are not obligated to do their part as far as communication through out this company. I should not be made to feel like I have to do this. I need someone new to contact us we no longer wanna deal with the last lady and her rude attitude. No one should be made to feel they have to have it, especially if they've done heir part, and the company hasn't. I am soooo sick and tired of vivint
Sincerely,
Sonia G[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: We did not request a Saturday appointment, this is now over 6 weeks (this time) to have our system repaired so it functions properly. Unacceptable business practices for a contractor entrusted with a home. I have requested a call from a supervisor 3 times and have yet to get a phone call. Currently being told that our request is in their "real-time" scheduling with no ETA on an appointment.
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The agreement back in June with Tali and the district manager Cade T[redacted] from Vivint was I would pay both electric bills, JCP&L and Vivint and I would be reimbursed directly no problem. This was my June bill for both companies combined. I was not made aware until late June/July that my system was not accuractly running (which was not fair to me as a consumer) therefore I was prorated on a guesstimate. I stressed I did not feel comfortable paying the $528.50. The district manager himself Cade T[redacted] said "whether I was issued a check or if it would be put into my personal account either way he would make sure it happens". I responded "OK". That's why I paid both companies. I didn't want my electric turned off! Finally, Once reinstall was corrected I still had to jump through hoops and hold Tali responsible for trying to resind on his word, no one would respond to me regarding my reimbursement nor follow up on reviewing the past months bills. I only continued to receive emails regarding my past due account. Until Sept. 7 I received a call from Tristen a rep stating a review was complete and approved by Tali for $150.00. I explained Tali was not handling my reimbursement that ended back in JUNE!!! when he screwed my account up and had me pay $528.50 to two electric companies and I was informed by District Manager Cade T[redacted] of Pine Brook NJ, That I would be reimbursed directly not on to my account. I was then informed my account was turned over to Koby A[redacted] who would handle everything but since then he left in the wind. I explained I since then had tried contacting one last manager Jeff J[redacted] but he too has no desire to help he stated he would follow up with me and this is where I am today. Oh yes this is Tali's direct supervisor. When Tristen realized I filed a claim with the Revdex.com because he clearly had no clue

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint...
ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The system is finally working after 6 months, now it becomes a matter of reimbursement; 6 months of payments made for no service and an adjustment to my electric bill which has been accruing monthly as we have not been able to generate any energy to offset that usage. With the daily sun here in San Diego, SDGE indicated my bill should be some 10% of the current 1400. Hopefully they will do the right thing in a timely manner as my request was submitted via fax on 2/3.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: We will not be able to work out a solution with Vivint Solar until the facts of this incident are addressed. We will not continue to respond when the truth is continually being stretched by a big business attempting to defer direct responsibility.
