Vivint solar has attempted to contact the customer regarding the hardware needed for system. It is currently being shipped to her location.

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on September 8, 2017 and scheduled an appointment for 9/28. Vivint Solar will continue working with customer until their concerns have been resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and will find that this resolution is satisfactory if Vivint does indeed resolve this issue and isn't just stringing me along. As I have mentioned, I am not looking to discontinue service with the company, but I do want my system to be sized properly so my system can perform as it's intended which is to lower my utility bills, not increase them.  I would also appreciate if they do as they mentioned in their response, improve their communication, at this point it's been mostly one sided. I look forward to this situation being resolved.

Vivint Solar has made contact with [redacted].  We are working to address the situation and satisfy the needs of our customer.

Vivint Solar has been in contact with the complainant . Vivint Solar and the  complainant  have come to an agreed upon resolution.

Vivint Solar will be taking the customer's requests before a committee to determine what we will be able to offer. Once we have the results, the specialist assigned to this customer's account will reach out to them to discuss things further. We will remain in weekly communication with the customer, until a resolution is met, that is within the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 1/8 and will be following up with the customer on the scheduled call back date to further discuss their complaint and billing concerns.

Vivint Solar issued a credit to the billing account on 06/03/16, however we removed the credit that same day, as the customer requested that the refund be sent in the form of a check, rather than a credit to their account. the check. The Solar system was designed to offset 92% of the customers recorded annual usage, which when the system was designed was 12,826 kwh. The estimated annual production is 11,754. We expect that the system will produce the estimated amount.

Vivint Solar has complied with the request of this customer and fully cancelled their account. We have sent them confirmation of this cancellation.

Vivint Solar has contacted the complainant, and are working towards a satisfactory resolution.

Vivint Solar scheduled an appointment for 4/17 with the customer on 3/28. A Vivint Solar specialist has been assigned to monitor the progress on the system until the scheduled date and has attempted to contact the customer to work out a resolution within the terms and conditions of...

the agreement. Vivint Solar will continue to work with the customer until all concerns are addressed and resolved.

Vivint Solar contacted the customer and scheduled an appointment for 9/21 to repair the system. Vivint Solar will ensure that the appointment is met to repair and troubleshoot all necessary equipment.

Vivint Solar reached out and contacted the customer to discuss their savings concerns. Vivint Solar will continue to work with the customer to provide a resolution that works within the terms of the agreement.

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on 7/18 and confirmed an appointment for 7/19. The service appointment was completed and has resolved all performance issues.

Vivint Solar has contacted the customer on 5/8/2017 and agreed upon a plan of action to resolve the customer's concerns. Vivint Solar has also ensured contact with the customer no less than every seven business days to update the customer on the progress of the resolution.
