Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on September 8, 2017 and scheduled an appointment for 9/28. Vivint Solar will continue working with customer until their concerns have been resolved.

Vivint Solar will be taking the customer's requests before a committee to determine what we will be able to offer. Once we have the results, the specialist assigned to this customer's account will reach out to them to discuss things further. We will remain in weekly communication with the customer, until a resolution is met, that is within the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 1/8 and will be following up with the customer on the scheduled call back date to further discuss their complaint and billing concerns.

the check. The Solar system was designed to offset 92% of the customers recorded annual usage, which when the system was designed was 12,826 kwh. The estimated annual production is 11,754. We expect that the system will produce the estimated amount.

Vivint Solar contacted the customer and scheduled an appointment for 9/21 to repair the system. Vivint Solar will ensure that the appointment is met to repair and troubleshoot all necessary equipment.

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer on 7/18 and confirmed an appointment for 7/19. The service appointment was completed and has resolved all performance issues.

Vivint Solar has cancelled the account per the terms of the Agreement and has sent a confirmation of this cancellation to the customer. Vivint Solar has also provided the customer with a personal contact if anymore issues were to arise.
