Vivint Solar has reach out to the Customer and will be repairing the roof damages. Southern California Edison should be granting Permission to Operate the system within 3-4 weeks.
After speaking with the customer, we have updated them and worked out a plan to reconvene on Tuesday, July 5th to continue to work toward the resolution desired.

cause of the roof leak. The customer will also be sending in their utility bills for review from which point we can work with our customer to determine an agreeable resolution for both parties that is also within the terms of the agreement.

An appointment to visit the home has been scheduled, Vivint Solar will be visiting the home to assess our customers concerns further. Our visit will be to determine if there are any issues with the system or the installation. Regarding the radiation concerns, this is a rather unheard of...

I have rejected the response with regard to compensation for 6 months. I have asked for compensation for the past year. In...
addition, I have clarified all work will be either completed by our contractor and/or Vivint on our approval if we go with Vivint. and that all items listed below are a result in damages on Vivint's behalf. List of items that need to be fixed are fencing, stucco redone (recoated, painted, etc.), tiles replaced that are missing, broken, not glued together and protective paper like barrier that goes underneath the tiles, be replaced in the areas that are missing. The paper like barrier stops the water from entering through the roof and causing water damage. At the last two installs, the protective water barrier was removed and not replaced.

this response because: they have been attempting to resolve the issue since July 2015. We have on numerous occasions requested they remove their equipment from our home as we feel they have breached the contract. Their resolution is nothing new.

please reopen my case my electric bills from peco say that I only use 1095 kl watts a month son they lie when they say that I use 1095 kill watts over what my panels generate I have last years bills before the panels to compare the usage and they are very close to what I use normally.so they are stealing from me please help me thank you [redacted]Sincerely,

Vivint Solar is nearing permission to operate with the utility company. Recently our customer upgraded cell phones, since this phone upgrade there has not been any signal interference issues. With the system nearing permission to produce power and the signal interference gone this complaint can be considered resolved at this time.
Vivint Solar will continue to work with our customer addressing this matter.
I called Mr & Mrs G[redacted] to go over their concern and see if there's something I can do for them. No one was home so I left a message to return my call.

Vivint Solar...
would like to apologize for all of your frustration. Our Home Damage department has approved a check to be sent out for the Damage in the amount of $[redacted]. In addition we are reimbursing you the $[redacted] you paid in February. To date your system is reporting to us and producing normally.
As requested by the complainant, Vivint Solar prepared and mailed an expedited letter on 1/22/2015. The letter contained copies of formal credit inquiry removal requests, which were also mailed to the credit bureaus on 1/22/2015.
A technician from Vivint Solar went to the customers home on 04/25/16, and performed a software update. The customers system is working and producing power as of this date.
A member of our Management Team is working with the customer. We are having a full assessment done by a third party roofing contractor, in order to determine what damages need to be repaired.
