Vivint Solar is working with the customer to resolve this issue. We have scheduled a service appointment so we may determine what the issue, and repair the system.

Vivint Solar must perform the necessary inspections on the system to ensure it meets the city code.  We sincerely apologize about the lack of scheduling options but these are the appointments available between the city inspector and the Lead Inspection Technicians with Vivint Solar.  We are committed to working with you to ensure that all is handled in a timely manner and are ready to work to schedule the appointment's when our customer is also ready.  We understand schedules can be busy this time of year.  We are here willing, and ready to work with our customer however we can to accomplish the final steps that need to be accomplished to receive permission to operate the system.

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 9/21 to discuss the complaint. The Customer was unavailable, so a voicemail was left requesting a return call. Vivint Solar's Billing department spoke with the customer and is addressing their billing concern. Vivint Solar cancelled the automatic payments until...

the issue is fully resolved . The October 2017 invoice will reflect the correct amount due.

Vivint Solar has addressed this situation with the customer and has taken the necessary steps to resolve the complaint satisfactory to the customer's request.

Vivint Solar has reached out to the customer to address their questions and concerns, and an agent has been assigned to work with them. Currently, there is a pending appointment scheduled for 8/25 that we are attempting to schedule for a sooner date. The appointment has been labelled as 'high...

priority' to avoid mishaps. At this time, we have to wait until the appointment takes place before we can proceed toward a result. Once the system begins to communicate we will be able to evaluate production and address any other potential issues. We will stay in constant contact with the customer to come to a resolution within the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Vivint Solar has resolved the issues that are within the terms of our agreement. The customer's rate has been changed to $0.19 per kWh and a reimbursement check is being issued. Vivint Solar has contacted the customer and worked out a resolution. Vivint Solar will continue to stay in direct contact with the customer until the resolution is completed.

I am rejecting this response because:#1 - The material (animal guard) has yet to be installed.  Based on past experiences, it is very likely that the...

material will not be installed on the date promised.#2. - The poor customer service, poor treatment, broken promises and repeated lies by Vivint employees has not been addressed.I can and will provide a log I've been keeping to prove my claims.

I am rejecting this response because:There has been no communication that an appointment was made...

for 3 January, only that it was the first available. I had requested a supervisor to contact me also, which did not happen. The only way I can get a response from VIVINT is to file a complaint with Revdex.com. Otherwise there is zero communication.

Vivint Solar has contacted this individual and addressed their concerns. We reached a solution and their concerns have now been resolved.

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer by 10/3 and will work toward a solution that is beneficial for both parties.

I am rejecting this response because:
No one from this company has given me a sensible answer to why I am paying more with solar than before I got it. I have mailed  about 7 electric bills for inspection. Why this is necessary I don't know? But if they don't make a favorable decision I will take them to court because I'm very angry about paying more than before. Their selling point was lower electric bills!

I am rejecting this response because: We have left two messages for the representative that called us on 12/19 and are experiencing one of the same problems that was in our original complaint, we left a cell number that we can be reached at on 12/20 and 12/21, there has still been no response.

Vivint Solar has attempted to reach out to the customer regarding the complaint. We have emailed the customer on 09/22 and 09/27 , called on 09/22 and 09/27 and left voicemails. Vivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer to come to a resolution within the terms of the contract.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have sent back the agreement signed and dated with the adjustment of a clause of a termination of the relationship between myself and Vivint (as in to NOT reinstall the solar panel) - as requested in this complaint as well. Vivint at this point says they will not pay the agreed amount to me unless the panels are reinstalled. We had agreed to settle with Vivint this way we could proceed and get our roof fix by a trusted roofer higher by me not Vivint, the amount we have settle for was way less than it would cost me to get my roof fix. Therefore, I had to pay out of pocket to fix my roof that Vivint damaged. Vivint has showed to incompetent in installation of panels the first time, and in diagnosing the damage. The only reason they reassessed the damage was due to the complaint to the Revdex.com after months of phone calls. The damage resolution department is a joke. I want nothing to do with this company. I am entitled to the amount of money we settle on as Vivint has clearly admitted they were in the wrong doing on multiply occasion and I do not want to have to deal with this again, meaning I don’t want the panels reinstalled on my new roof, risking damage again. We have spoken to the consumer and the VSLR customer regarding the account in question.  We are working with VSLR customer at this time to resolve the complaint brought forward by the consumer.  This has yet to be resolved at this time and we will continue to work to find a amicable...

resolution that remains within the terms of the signed agreement.

Vivint Solar reached out to the customer on 11/16 via phone but was unable to make contact. Vivint Solar also provided the customer with contact information via email on 11/16. Vivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer in an effort to resolve the customer's concerns.
