I am rejecting this response because: Vivint solar states that they
are still waiting for a response from their "fleet" performance team.Still I am waiting for the proper credit to my account and while they stall and wait I have late charges or fees that should not be.All is needed is some good business practices then this kind of matter should t happen Responding also due to the time constraints on this matter of calendar days to respond Matter is still not resolved
Sincerely,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because the "solutions" that
Vivint has offered are not benefitting me in anywayThe company advertises a savings of 10-40% off your monthly electric bill and I am currently saving less than 2% per monthWith that little amount of savings that according to the representative that has been corresponding about this matter claims that Vivint doesn't gaurentee anyone a savings, should automatically null and void my year contract! Why would a customer volunteer to install solar panels on their home if they weren't going to save money monthly?!
Sincerely,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I left a message yesterday for Michelle T*** to return my call. I know she might be very busy but did not return my this morning, and I left a 2nd message today for her to call me. I sent an email message to her this morning and will now wait to see her response. Please do not close my case. It is upsetting that Vivint did not review my case and have a ready solution to prepare an accurate bill and to credit us for being overcharged. It is not satisfactory that they would respond by asking that we call to review the problem. We have already spoken many times with their billing and customer service reps.
Sincerely,

offsetVivint Solar will continue to work with the customer to address their concerns and to come to a satisfactory resolution.

Vivint Solar does not guarantee Federal tax creditsIt is clearly stated in the Solar Purchase Agreement Exhibit D- California System Interests Section AFederal Investment Tax CreditUnder Section 25D of Title of the United States Code, the federal government allows certain taxpayers to claim
a credit for "qualified solar electric property expenditures" made by such taxpayer during the applicable tax year the System is placed in service (i.eafter Your system is ready and available for use and after Your utility company has given You Permission to Operate (PTO) Your system)For more information regarding this incentive, please visit http://energy.gov/savings/residential-renewable-energy-tax-creditto access applicable IRS form used to claim this incentive in years ' past, please visit http://www.irs.gov/uac/form-5695,-Residential-Energy-CreditsFor all other questions please contact your personal tax or other financial advisorThe customer entered into a loan agreement with Mosaic, and the terms of that loan are provided to the customer by MosaicIf the customer has any questions regrading the loan terms they will need to contact Mosaic directly, and they are the loan provider, not Vivint Solar.

Systems are designed based off of usage and available roof space, and not the square footage of a homeFor example, we can only install on certain roof types and do not install on North facing roof sections due to low sun hours due to the earth's tiltThe customer's system was designed based on the customer's provided usage at the time, taking into account additional restraints present for example the customer's system is installed on the available south facing roof spaceVivint Solar is with in the terms and conditions of the Power Purchase Agreement which also states in section 10.b "We do not warrant or guarantee the amount of energy produced by the system for any period...You understand that You may require more electricity than the system may generateIf you need any such additional energy, then You shall be solely responsible to obtain such energy from the Utility at Your cost" Vivint Solar provided the agreed upon system size as was presented in the Customer Welcome Packet and Installation Work OrderThe customer is currently in default of that agreement as they have shut off of their system and refused to work with Vivint Solar to rectify the situation.

I am rejecting this response because: this matter has not been dealt with yet, Vivint is still "investigating" the horrible service they provided I was told
by Vivint they put a $60,solar system on my roof, but the actual cost was around $31, Representative GREATLY exaggerated the amount to try to convince me I was getting a great deal IF the representative had looked at my account before returning my call, he would have seen the cost of my system and wouldn't have had reason to lie about it Rude and unprofessional.....HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!!! Supervisor reviewed the phone call and agreed that representative was wrong in his comments to me Why does the company need more time to research when the supervisor already listened to the call and agreed with me?!?!?
Sincerely,
