Vivint Solar and the customer will work on an agreed upon resolution withing the terms of the agreement, once the service appointment has been completed.

Per the PPA contract, the customer is responsible for any fees associated with their panel removal requestFurthermore, a Customer requested shutdown during the first five (5) years of the Agreement will be done at Our sole discretion and at a cost mutually agreed on before We remove the system
After the sixth anniversary of the In-service date, the customer does have the option to buy out or transfer the system in their name.

I am rejecting this response because: They sent the paperwork but I needed to take time off of work to file the paperwork with the county. I lost wages, $filing fee and $parking. They have an office in NJ and one of their representatives should have done this. They filed it to begin with so they should have filed the release. Without the county filing the paperwork is uselessI was told that once the system was up and running that it would back log and I would receive a credit for the months that the system was not working. Again on 10/11/I was charged an estimate. Where is my credit?? This company continues to fail in all areas

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer via phone on 5/4/We were able to address all billing concerns with the customer, and will continue to work with the customer to ensure they are satisfied

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer 3/via email their preferred method of contact and 3/via phoneWe have scheduled a service appointment with the customer for 3/to address the communication errorVivint Solar will work closely with the customer to ensure the communication is restored with their system and all billing is accurate.

I just
received an email from your office saying that this matter has been closed.Apparently the company involved, Vivant Solar, stated they reached out to me but got no response. This is completely untrue. Vivant solar sent me one email which I can forward to you. They simply said they had received the complaint and would like to resolve it. I responded in an email again reviewing the issues and concerns. This was more then a week ago and they have not responded to me!I am in no way satisfied with this and it is just another example of the company not following through.Please contact me.Thank you.*** ***

Customer has been contacted with regards to her concerns and her concerns have been addressed and resolved.

Vivint Solar has been working with the customer to schedule a time that works best to get the system workingThe system is back online and reporting after the appointment scheduled for Saturday

A case has been opened, we are currently attempting contact with the customer via phone and email, to address the customer's concerns.

We were able to work with the customer and resolve the issue
