I purchased a 65’ flatscreen television and within years the screen began to slowly fade to black When I called and complained I was told there was a problem with the way the television was made and it would cost as much to fix it as it would to repair it! Telling me because it was a few months out of warranty there was nothing I could do about it!! That television cost over $ It wasn’t easy getting it It was a Birthday gift to myself Uuugh

[It was never about any warranty, it was about aweful customer service associates and their attitudes, poor/low quality product, and inefficiencies in the way they handle issuesIn the end, the way the TVs are made is what the major problem isI have had to purchase additional products in order to get the TVs to workHowever, I have not had to do this with any other devices, EVERSo I am waiting for the new products to come in and we will see how well the TVs works with those

This is the 3rd Vizio set I have had to have replacedOn Vizio case number I have had Vizio case number, each involving the same model of TV the Vizio M65-DMy most recent one has non working component inputs, a screen that stops displaying and requires a complete resetPoor image quality due to pixelation and color bleed, an electric buzzing sound which causes concern of a fire hazard in my apartment, and poor build quality with obvious quality issues in the TV frame buildThese issues have not been addressed and Vizio is content to keep stringing me as a customer along while failing to replace the unit and instead seeking to only diagnose it despite having been sent proof when requested by their customer service dept

I purchased two 75" tv's and two sound bars from this company spending approximately $8, Six months after the purchase one of the sound bars stopped working, the only thing the company was willing to do was to offer me a refurbished unit in lieu of the NEW sound bar that I had purchased Fast forward months later one of the 75" tv's no longer works The company refuses to take responsibility for the poor quality of the product I have asked to speak to someone in management and I have been given the run around I will tell everyone that I can reach privately and publicly what poor customer service this company provides, and their unwillingness to consider whether the products they are selling lack quality control

I bought a 70' Vizio TV June 1st and the TV was working completely fine, but the last time I turned it on the screen showed some kind of lights inside and didn't work anymoreThis was in or about June 3-6th, I called the store where I bought it and they conference call me with Vizio technical support, they ask for pictures and we sent them right awayTheir argument is that the shape of the lights are diagonal and are not cover under the manufacture warranty
The TV was hanging on the wall for more than a week and it was working just fine

The TV that I bought did not work properly from day Vizio customer service was terrible with helping me to resolve the matter and so seven month later I finally have been able to get Vizio to agree to repair the tv that was still under warranty but only after their “troubleshooting” procedures broke the tv to the point that it will no longer turn onThey won’t expedite the repair either and so it will take two weeks for them to have the part and fix my TV

I purchased a Vizio TV from Sam's clubIt was ordered on 11/26/and delivered on 12/8/It was a Christmas gift so we didn't set it up until approx 12/25-This TV is used rather infrequently compared to others in the house, so it wouldn't have that many hours on it at this pointThis morning my son was watching a show and the TV went blackWe can still hear the sound, but no picture will displayI called the tech help line and did some trouble shooting with the rep who eventually said she was opening a case file and I should send in the receipt since there is a grace period on the warrantyI sent it in and got an email telling me to call them backUpon doing so I was told the grace period was only days (not sure why the first person didn't tell me this)If you look at when the TV was placed into use we are within that day grace periodNot to mention, a TV shouldn't just go black out of nowhere after year, whether your days or days out of a warrantyI currentl

I purchased my Vizio smart TV March (Model # E65u-D3)In August it shut off and will not turn back on- it is also making a ticking noise when the AC POWER supply is connectedI contacted Vizio and because it has been just over year they will not consider repair or replacing itFrom what I have read online this has been happening to several newer Vizio TV's, I believe this issue should be on recall or have the item repaired and the purchaser pay for shipping

I purchased a VIZIO 70” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV | P-Series | P702ui-BTV about months ago Last month I purchased a subscription from *** This is the first type of Streaming service that I have used I was having difficulty connecting the *** to my Vizio TV I have connected it to my Samsung tv that is yrs older and it works fine I called the VIzio support and they said my TV needs to be repaired at my cost I can understand the need for repair if it was heavily used, or old, but it has NEVER been used for a streaming service, and the first time I try to use it for this, it is broke This shows how bad a product this TV is and that VIZIO does not back up their products It will be the last VIZIO product purchased for this home
