I purchased a Vizio Smart TV for a guest bedroom less than 2 years ago. I called the retailer, Dell, who directed me to the manufacturer because they could do nothing for me as it was out of warranty. I called Vizio several times looking for some help, but I was instructed to order a new remote which surely was the issue. NOT! So I lost $40 for a new remote because I expedited it. It's now past the insanely quick return time of 14 days. I waited because I was told a manager would try to have the TV serviced for me. In the end, I was on the phone trying to get the TV fixed for about 6 hours and in the end no one was willing to cough up the money or power to fix the TV.. Apparently it is a systems firmware issue, but since no one would look at it, I have no idea. Basically the TV was rarely used and broke after the warranty ended. A total piece of junk that the company did not stand behind. The told me to buy a new one. $200 down the drain and horrible customer service. I don't think it would have the company to either fix it or replace it, but they refused. I promise to share this bad experience with everyone I know and will NEVER BUY A VIZIO AGAIN.

What else is there to say? Yes, they "tried" to contact me. I am busy working during their available hours, and the attempts I made to call them back were met
with voicemail. They are not going to change their story and neither am I.

I was advised to ''repair or replace'' my soundbar but not given the info that, if I replaced it it wouldn't work with my surround system. and repairing wasn't an option through VIZIO. The VIZIO escalation department wouldn't cover a 10% restocking fee out of courtesy for the misunderstanding. The principal of this strikes me as one to many individual corporate employees working 'too hard' for a relatively mighty coorporation rather than for the customer. fighting a fight that makes little difference in the large companies bottom line.

VIZIO was to sent a repair tech to my home 02/09 - the tech didn't show upI contacted VIZIO again and they rescheduled for 02/14 - the tech didn't show up nor responded to my phone calls or text messagesMy tv still isn't repaired and am waiting on a resolution from VIZIO.

[redacted]  it all depends upon the amount of the discount that they are offering. if they are offering a discount that will be equal to what I paid for the other television set. I PAID only $250 dollars for the 50' model, which was a display television. if it is a large discount off a new one that would acceptable to me. if they agreed to sale me a refurbished television at great price, that would be fine with me.

Good afternoon Sir, I'm reaching out to you in regards to my compliant with Vizio, complaint Id number [redacted]. At the time I accepted Vizio's offer to repair, but since then I have not been able to get in contact with the manager there to let him know the repair company did not show when they said they would. The first day was due to weather (which I'm understanding of). We have now waited 3 more days to hear from Vizio or for the repair company to show up and neither has happened. We are currently busy getting ready to move and I have no faith in Vizio for repairs at this point. If they need the tv taken somewhere so I can be refunded that can be arranged. I wish to have this resolved through the Revdex.com and no longer wish to have any contact through this business.Look forward to hearing from you and hope we can get this issue resolved.-[redacted]
