We would like to advise the customer to give us a call so that we could know what exactly is the reason because of which the customer wants refund. Also the Low Memory message can not be fixed until a computer user stops downloading on the computer. If customer keeps downloading files on the computer then the Low Memory message will keep coming. But we would take responsibility and guide the customer on how to avoid such scenarios. I did not sign anything, they generated my signature and do not know from where they got it.  The fact is that they told me that they were authorized by Norton to work on their product.  They told me that in order for them to load 360 on my computer I had to get this other procedure done and that would cost $245.  In fact once I did contract the real Norton they told me that these people are not authorized to work on their product and neither they nor I understand how they were able to install 360.  Norton told me that they would have installed 360 on my computer at no cost.  What these people did was simply to scare me into paying additional money for something I could have gotten for free.  And, the fact that they represented themselves as authorized Norton technicians, authorized by Norton to work on their product led me to believe that Norton had contracted this out to them.  They showed me a web site with the Semantic logo on it in order to prove to me that they who they reported to be but Norton tells me that they are not authorized to use their label and Norton has their lawyers investigating these people.  They put their number on google in order to lure people to them and then tell us they are actually the Norton people but they are not.  They are a scam that needs to be shut down.

We thought we were talking to Symantec Internet security when we sought help with a computer problem. Instead of Symantec, 'Volcy PC Support' got us on the hook, representing that they are 'Symantec Partners',\. But I have since learned, after talking to a Norton/Symantec representative, that Symantec has never heard of them. They (Volcy) spent most of a day monkeying with our computers (we haven't a clue as to what they were actually doing) and charged us $470. When all is said and done, we don't know if they are on the up-and-up, or are scammers, or worse....

I am rejecting this response because:
I am waiting to see the refund  credited to my account, then I will accept their action.
They called be today, and said the $245 amount mentioned in their last message was in error, and the refund was for the total charged of $155. I agree with that information.
However, when I mentioned my computer that is still nonfunctional, they said they were very sorry. Not acceptable.
I would like a reimbursement to cover any additional repairs to my computer or money I will need to replace that formally functioning computer.
So, yes, I will let you know when the refund is credited to my account.
I continue to seek reimbursement for my computer. Their technician had suggested I could go to a local computer support for repair, admitting it was not something they could repair remotely. Yet, they continue to ask for another chance to repair the computer. I refuse to allow them any more access to my computer after the damage and possible lost data they have already caused.

Customer had agreed and had also signed a contract online digitally signed by the customer, that contract clearly says that we are Volcy PC Support and no other company or do not have any affiliation with other companies what so ever. I am rejecting this response because: After being contacted on three separate occasions by the consumer, Volcy Ventures agreed to issue a certified bank draft or cashier's check for the amount of $470.00. The last correspondence was on 03 March 2015 wherein they requested a further "3-4" business days to effect same. Mr. [redacted] requested that an email summarizing this agreement be issued by Volcy. No email has been received. No check has been issued. It is unclear why Volcy Ventures cannot credit the original VISA card with the refund. Until a certified check is received, cashed and in our accounts or the VISA credit card is refunded this complaint will remain open. Volcy Ventures has had a total of 15 business days to effect a resolution since the original complaint was made on 15 February, 2015. They have had 4 business days to issue the check and there is no indication that they have done so. Whle they agree to a refund, no refund has been received and the company repeatedly requests additional time to provide a refund.

After having terrible issues with my PC and unable to find support, I found Volcy. they identified many issues with my computer I had no idea were there. The explained every issue in terms I could understand and then they fixed my computer. I have never had such competent support. I recommend them highly and really appreciate George, he help me so much.

have respected her decision on the cancellation of services and processed a complete refund of the amount she had paid us. The refund details were provided to her over the phone and we have also emailed the same to her email address as well. We do not believe in scamming anyone we are a computer repair company and we just fix computer issues. We do not know or believe to have scammed any of our customers. Also the customer was spoken with today and she has confirmed she received her money back weeks ago. And also the customer informed that she is going to write an email to Revdex.com in order to withdraw the complaint.
