I am rejecting this response because:  No funds have been returned to my account as of this writing.   Volcy has sent me a refund confirmation but the funds themselves have not been returned to my account.   I [redacted]'t know if this delay is caused by my Credit Card issuer or by Volcy...so it is hard for me to accept Volcy's response at this time.   I will gladly reconsider once the funds have posted to my account.

I was pleased with the service and the willingness of jack to address my pc issues. He was kind and courteous to me.

The technician was very helpful in explaining the problem & trying to fix the problem but I wasn't able to pay for anything right now so he said he would call me back when I get paid & fix everything to my satisfaction.

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for notifying us about the customers concerns, we understand that it must be a stress for the customer not able to use his/her computer. But we all need to understand that our technicians were trying to fix the computer. Copying all the files from a corrupted user account...

and pasting it to another is a process to delete the corrupted account and create a new account. According to technicians notes customer was advised to arrange data storage device for back up of data and call us back. Customer also advised that he/she will call himself/herself when the devices are available. However according to customer's request we have initiated a refund. Customer should get the card credited for the same within 5-7 business days.Thanks and Regards,Volcy PC Support
