Good afternoon, Yes, Volcy Ventures has provided me with a full refund.  You may consider this matter closed.With that said, my complaint was not merely about the full refund I believed they owed me.  The reason for the refund is that they were unable to perform the IT services for which I contracted them to do.  It seems to me that the Revdex.com should make note of that so other consumers might avoid the same problems I encountered.Thank you, [redacted]Cell:  [redacted]Home:  [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to me. The math is incorrect: [redacted]. Furthermore I have received only a claim that I will receive a refund. The rep who contacted me said it would be 4 or 5 days before it showed up in my credit card account. I called my credit card company and they said it should be only a couple of days but it could be as many as 15. I will not be totally satisfied until I see that refund on my credit card records. Up to this point the information I have received in dealing with this company has been so deceptive that I won't believe it until I see it.I will contact you as soon as my credit card records show the refund received. Until then mark me not fully satisfied.

Unfortunately your communication makes no note of this shortcoming.
