I am rejecting this response because:
Thanks [redacted] for taking my call. I have tried repeatedly to obtain a credit that was promised to me of $55. USD, since Feb. 11.2016 Upon researching I have found pages and pages of worse scams and complaints then myself. These people are off shore and try to hide there origin in Texas.  I have come to the conclusion that they are not about to refund me and chalk it up as lesson learned...if however there is a refund that you for your help.  They did not follow through on sending me a cheque or email notice as emailed to yourself. Thank you and hope this helps. I know my redeemer lives

Furthermore I have received only a claim that I will receive a refund. The rep who contacted me said it would be 4 or 5 days before it showed up in my credit card account. I called my credit card company and they said it should be only a couple of days but it could be as many as 15. I will not be totally satisfied until I see that refund on my credit card records. Up to this point the information I have received in dealing with this company has been so deceptive that I won't believe it until I see it.
I will contact you as soon as my credit card records show the refund received. Until then mark me not fully satisfied.

PS. Once on this page I don't wee a way of going back to the actual response from Volcy and I did not make a copy of it. Will I receive a copy for my records. Unfortunately your communication makes no note of this shortcoming. If after submitting this I do get copies of everything then accept my apology for this complaint.
Now I find I can't even go back up and reread what I just typed. A very unsatisfactory system to say the least!

For the Revdex.com to give this business a rating of anything other than an F is absolutely ridiculous. This company does nothing more than phish for consumers information, and use false threats of computer infections. They create a fraudulent pop-up that directs you to call your internet security provider, giving you a fraudulent number. Once you call the fraudulent number they will transfer you to their "tech support" who will remotely access your computer with or without your permission. Once in they will pull up a their website that shows an A Revdex.com rating even though it is clearly a B and ask you to input your credit card information so that they can fix your computer. This is not a company, this is a scam and it's employees are criminals. The Revdex.com's continued support and false sense of legitimacy of this company goes to show how corrupt their system of vetting organizations such as this is. I welcome any response from the owner of this criminal enterprise as I would like to use said answer when I turn over my information to the States Attorney for communications and internet fraud, and expose you for the cowards behind the keyboard that you are. If you are a consumer checking on them beware, beware, BEWARE.

full refund for the customer has been initiated. We have attached a copy of refund receipt for this transaction. Also we do not entertain false promises to customers, neither we claim we are any third party customers. Also we have the customer sign agreement with us online through docusign and it clearly states that we do not have any relationship with AVG as the customer states. Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for notifying us about the customers response. We as a business did the refund before due to technical reasons the refund was not credited/ returned. Also we have sent a check for the customer before however we are not sure why the check has not reached the customer. But we have sent it again today to the customer understanding the urgency, attached is the copy of the cashier's check and the FedEx slip as evidence that we have done our part. We as a business take customer's concern very seriously. Please inform the customer that we are with her/him for any concerns she/he might have. We apologize for the delay. I signed up for VOLCY PC SUPPORT services with a 2 year contract. The contract states that they are available form 9am to 9pm, 365 days a year. I have been trying to contact them for months, typically on Sundays,since I am at my business to prepare purchase orders and this is a perfect time to have the system maintenance performed. During the week is not practical due to vehicle volumes.

Bottom line, a very bad experience!

In February Volcy had me pay $350.00 to be on their program. I was already on it for over a year. When I tried to get them to work on my computer they couldn't fix it. There was supposed to be a one month period that you could get your money back. They wouldn't give it back. Noe yesterday I found out they are now bankrupt and I can't get my money back.

Ned was great with helping me with Incredimail by getting my mail and saving my important saved mails. THANK YOU!
