I contacted what I thought was AVG, an anti-virus company, to inquire about some problems I was having with their software Until later in the conversation I was informed by that the individual speaking to me that he represented AVG and Volcy PC support Representatives of Volcy did clean up, and make computer run better However latter certain deficiencies did show up AVG program was supposed to be renewed for a year, it was not! A software program, called Malwarebytes was removed and not replaced This contract should last for year, but I am unable to contact Volcy by email or phone for current help Even a laymen can see a breach of contract litigation in the near futurePhil

I am rejecting this response because:
I am waiting to see the refund  credited to my account, then I will accept their action.They called be today, and said the $245 amount mentioned in their last message was in error, and the refund was for the total charged of $155. I agree with that information.However, when I mentioned my computer that is still nonfunctional, they said they were very sorry. Not acceptable.I would like a reimbursement to cover any additional repairs to my computer or money I will need to replace that formally functioning computer.So, yes, I will let you know when the refund is credited to my account.I continue to seek reimbursement for my computer. Their technician had suggested I could go to a local computer support for repair, admitting it was not something they could repair remotely. Yet, they continue to ask for another chance to repair the computer. I refuse to allow them any more access to my computer after the damage and possible lost data they have already caused.

I am rejecting this response because:While I am optimistic we have have brought this totally unnecessary nightmare to a conclusion, having delt with this questionable operation for over two weeks, I will only be completely satisfactory once the envelope containing the check physically arrives at my home and the check proves to be fully negotiable. "TRUST" is at the essence of this issue and having been told many "mistruths" by this firm, repeatedly, I will wait until the aforementioned receipt is consummated. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I will be in touch as soon as the check arrives (Scheduled for Saturday) and is cashed.

I am rejecting this response because:  I was contacted on the telephone by [redacted] and we discussed my complaint.  We did not come to any agreement whatsoever.  After complaining to [redacted] that [redacted] did not have experience with MAC computers, only with windowsand that since I was more interested in the service for my Mac, he promised that if I had any issues with my Mac that I was to call him personally and he would make sure that I had a technician who knew how to repair Macs.  I complained about the amount of moneythat I had paid and that I understood that next year, while I wouldn't have to pay as much again (I believe between $200. and $300.), considering that they had already made my computer worse with three of their technicians incompetence.  My contract was to cover anyother computers, printers, etc. that I owned.  I explained to [redacted] that my printer was new, my windows notebook was new, my ipad was new, our windows computer that my husband uses is new so that is doubtful they would be spending a lot of time on said equipmentwhich was purchased within the last year and I do have the bills.  [redacted] told me I would not have to pay anything again next year and that everything would still be covered.  Considering that their technicians are unreliable, I couldn't agree to these terms.  I did say to [redacted] that if he gave me a contract and covered said equipment for athree year period that I would discuss it with my husband but I could make no promises.  [redacted] immediately sent me an email to say that they would accept my terms of a three year contract but I never heard anything again after that.  [redacted] said he does not want to refund the money but we refuse to even consider his terms unless we have a legal contract in writing, covering the equipment as stated for the three years with absolutely no more payments during that period!  We have since had my Mac serviced at staples and I still wouldn't workproperly because of the damage caused by [redacted].  My daughter and I recorded all my files and reset it from factory settings and now it is fine.  If my daughter and I could do this, why am I paying [redacted] for something they cannot do as well as making my computer worse! *
