I am rejecting this response because: The refund of $has not posted to my credit card account. I called my credit card company and they said there was nothing posted or pending as far as refunds from Volcy. I have been promised a refund from Volcy since February 19. It is now March and still no refund has been posted to my account. I have been assured over five separate times that a refund would be posted within days by Volcy. It has been weeks and still no refund. Either Volcy is trying to run out the clock on this dispute or they have posted it to the wrong credit card account. Either way, Volcy has not lived up to its promise and needs to address this issue quickly and finally. Volcy needs to check its credit card records and make sure the refund was sent to the correct credit card. I have supplied my credit card company with all this information and an investigation is in progress

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by Addy at Volcy that the total $would be refunded - not just $155. Nothing has shown up on by credit card as of Jan at 8:55PM

I gave Volcy pc $in January they only helped me once it is suppose to be a monthly service I an a senior citizen living on a fixed income I thought Volcy Pc support was a legitimate comany which Norton and Dell recommended boy was I surprised they are nothing but another bunch of scammers that just take your money I really need my money back they did not help me I cannot get hold of them they will not e-mail or call me back

Thanks *** *** for taking my callI have tried repeatedly to obtain a credit that was promised to me of $USD, since FebUpon researching I have found pages and pages of worse scams and complaints then myselfThese people are off shore and try to hide there origin in Texas. I have come to the conclusion that they are not about to refund me and chalk it up as lesson learned...if however there is a refund that you for your help.
